Tottenham Hotspur vs. Manchester United

a draw that is only good for Arsenal...

anyway, could have been worse. This point on the long run, could prove to be vital. We will improve so keep calm, this is not over.

I would normally say that I am happy with 1 point her but under the current table circumstances, meh....

Yea going to be a struggle for 4th place, let alone challenge for the title. We arent losing games but we arent winning them either. Shocking that the likes of Newcastle and Southampton are ahead of us at this stage of the season. Looks like Moyes still has plenty to learn about this squad.

Good managers learn fast. Stop blaming the squad for Moyes inadequacies.

Rafael needs to start the next few games the more support from the defence.. Smalling still hasn't got 90mins of sheer quality in him and it shows..

Poor performance from manager today. He shouldnt look excited about a point away to Spurs either. At the minute 4th place at best for us

On the balance of play, it was good point. Hell, SAF used to look excited about point many times at lower oppositions if game panned out that way. People really see too much into everything related to Moyes nowadays!

If Fergie is around so will Moyes be around. It reflects badly on Fergie if Moyes is out after a season or even two.

SAF wont be making this particular call mate. Glazers are businessmen, they didnt meddle with SAF because he was the best. Moyes is totally different. A club like ours cannot afford to slip outside the top 4.

Disappointed with Valencia today, he failed to beat his man once in a game where is space and crosses could've won it for us. He should remind himself that he is so much better running at defenders.

We created virtually nothing, it's incredibly worrying that this isn't improving, especially since we haven't been keeping many clean sheets.

I don't think that's our target this season, we're are still looking good for a top four.
If that isn't our target for the season then that is a small time mentality from Moyes. We are the current champions of England and retaining the title isn't our target?

Fair result, moyes takes too long to make subs though. Nani should have come on for Welbeck and kept Kagawa central, actually we should have started like that. Rafael will hopefully start the next game, next two are must wins for us. No chance for the title, this isn't a team that is mentally right to win it, we give away too many leads and don't have the little but extra you need to win it. We were unlucky with the goals we conceded, as in conceding when we're on top but that stuff separates united of past seasons and this season.

Rooney is brilliant though.

If Fergie was still our manager I would still have total confidence that we would go on a winning run and be right up there.

Under Moyes? not at all.

I have faith in him, this is new to all of us. I don't understand the lack of trust in Moyes other than simply because he just isn't Sir Alex.

Away to Leverkusen and Spurs in a week, a 5-0 win and a 2-2 draw really isn't bad.

We are trailing the top by 9 points, we shouldn't be happy at losing more points in a game that we could have won. How ridiculous is it to give Nani 10 minutes to change the match and don't get me started on Ashley young!

To be fair he did get at defenders today, but it's his crossing that was lacklustre. That's been the case all season. Last season it was his confidence and that he would never run at anyone. We need him back to where he was a couple seasons ago; combining the two.

Moyes will be given three seasons I reckon to get back to winning things. This season, if we win nothing..will be seen as the change over season. Then Moyes starts to build his own team next summer. Win nothing that season and it will be called the bedding in season. Win nothing the season after...wel....sacked...

I'm clever me....

The way things are going I wouldn't be surprised if we drew our next 2 home games against Everton & Newcastle, who are higher than us in the league!

And that he isn't Mourinho ... Who'd according to some would have already won us the title by now. Look at his performances so far at Chelsea.

Oh wait.

Just want Moyes to be given the chance. People will always worry though, nature of all human beings.

Arsenal will drop points.

That's true. But you have to remember that we have to match their results when they don't drop any and better their results when they do. So far we are struggling to keep up with them, so I would say that 9 points is starting to look like a mountain we won't be able to climb. You never know though.

just keep an eye on that 4 or 5 off the top target. we do that...we will be fine...but we must get a couple of midfielders...or we are fecked.

It's December. I'd be more worried if it was March and we were trailing by 9 points. I'm disappointed with today's result, but I'm still far from writing us off.

I respect and admire your optimism...but for me, nah...we aren't winning the title this season..to much has gone on,too much change, too many players Moyes is learning about. Its kind of understandable to be honest that we wouldn't win it. I can live with that.

We lost the league when we were 8 points clear with about 5 games to go two years ago.

Just support the team and the manager you bunch of cretins.
