Disappointed with that starting lineup, it never gave us a chance to win the match today. Obviously the point is handy, being forced to play a man down for 20 minutes, but no satisfaction with this result.

Yup. Spurs is not an easy place to go and I honestly did not expect us to win. And to hold on with 10 men is even better. Brilliant defending from us, especially Vidic. He was god.

Agree completely. That was light years better than west brom. We lacked the final pass but everything else was excellent.
Vidic was superb at the back - Rafael a tad unlucky to be sent-off. Berbatov had an off-game, although he and Rooney combined well in the first fifteen. Carrick good defensively, but not more than solid going forward.
When Giggs was motoring in I expected him to hit a poor pass...which he duly did. He was wonderful last week but shockingly awful today.
