We need to cause them more trouble. They have to be under pressure. Clattenburg is feckwit but god thanks for that penalty. It will be still a tough job in the second half.

Shaky first half. Don't know what the ref is at half the time. Yellow on Larsson was laughable. Really need to stick it to them in the opening 10 minutes of the 2nd. Don't just be happy with the 1 goal lead.

what a feckin joke this game has been so far. poor first half from the lads, but the ref has ruined what supposed to be a football game. Two blatant penalties not given, and then one is awarded for that joke of a dive. The booking for Larsson, and the one that never was with Zokora were also ridiculous.
The disappointing thing as far as I'm concerned is the unprofessional response from the lads after the penalty that wasn't given for thr trip on Larsson. We could have easily conceded at the other end, and the Rooney booking was also needless.
Also sad to see Ronaldo back to his diving best, though Spurs may deserve this for the fairy that Dawson is. Seem to be in agonising pain whenever people wlak anywhere near him.

Twas a clear penalty
Just saw a replay of the penalty incident and there was no contact on Ronaldo, its a shame he went down but Mark Clattenburg in keeping with his awful first half awarded us a penalty.

A good example where the ref is having too big an effect on the game as a whole.
He should have given both teams a penalty...and then awarded one where Ronaldo dived. No doubt the media are licking their lips at the opportunity to have a go at him and critcise his unsportsmanlike attitude, but hopefully they don't forget Dawson, who, as you pointed out, has been hitting the deck both quicker and with more frequency than Ronaldo.
