I'd be happy at around £60-70 million because for that we could buy almost any striker around (Lacazette, Morata, Kane, Costa, Aubameyang, Benzema)
All those taking the piss, I don't think Arsenal should just be laughed at regarding Mbappé. If they are willing to spend they have a chance like anyone else.
I agree, as much as I like the kid, and think he's got a big future, at that price we could buy a mature striker and winger and sort out our problems in attack. Pretty much the combined price of Di Maria and Aubameyang which PSG are paying, to put it into perspective. Nevertheless, if Ed and Jose ca finance the deal without prejudicing our other business, who are we to complainWaste of time. He ia nuts about Madrid
That's a relief.

I know we have Lingard its all good
Morata > Lukaku
Don't want to see Sanchez anywhere close to the club. Would rather give Fellaini another 5 year contract than him. Mediocre.
Mbappe will be such a waste of money.
Kane? You'd be looking at £150m before Levy even thought about it. Maybe in a couple of years there might be a chance if we've kicked on to being strong chances for both league and CL, but at the moment there's not a chance in hell.I'd be happy at around £60-70 million because for that we could buy almost any striker around (Lacazette, Morata, Kane, Costa, Aubameyang, Benzema)
That kid reminds me of the Brazillian Ronaldo and Thiery Henry. His burst of pace, dribbling skills, shooting accuracy, goal sense etc. No, it won,'t be a waste of money considering his age and today's insane market values. If a club gets his services for 6 - 8 years and he develops in line with his potential, it will be money well spent.
My precious

Not quite, mate! Mbappe ended the season with 26 goals in 2037 minutes. That's a goal every 76 minutes. Very few - if any - are going to have a better minute to goal ratio. How can anyone come to this judgement by watching him play 6 months of football. He's a R9 and Henry hybrid feck me he's on course to be the greatest striker ever according to some of you on here. I'm interested to see him do it in harder league with a less attacking team. If 19 year old R9 was playing in this Monaco team he would have scored 50 plus the amount of chances they create
Agree. I personally think we have Lindeloff lined up and have done for ages.
And yet he was outstanding in the Euro Finals.
There can be many reasons he didn't do well at Bayern.

What is experience?I am not saying he's not got good stats. But people on here are going on like he's guaranteed to be a success and one of the best strikers etc etc. Let him do it for more than one season. I hope he goes Madrid if he puts the same numbers up at Madrid for a couple of seasons, I will hold my hand up and say yeah he's the business. But lets be honest we're not in a position to sign someone like mbappe. We need experienced players at the moment. If we had a settled title challenging squad I would sign him.
