But he has been very good for the reserves ? Even if he's not going to play now as a first team player we should have extended his contract then sending him on loan, not letting his contract run out and him goes for free like this!
He was offered a contract but didn't sign it. Also he can't go on a free at his age there will be a fee due.

I'm interested to see how Everton's new signings do.Very boring transfer window so far. Only city and Milan have done some solid business.
I hate it when we send kids on loan for years. If we are not going to give them a shot with the first team let them continue their careers elsewhere.
Really ? Getting a chances on loan to play regularly is sure better than waiting for one or 2 matches per year in the first, and no big club should guarantee a kid a regular position in the team. Loans are there for a reason.
As this is a 'free' transfer (I know there will be a fee), I assume there won't be a sell-on or buy-back clause? Nuts, but good luck to him.

You have a point, hopefully it doesn't end up biting us in the arse down the road.@Schmiznurf @EyeInTheSky @LawCharltonBest
I guess you have to look at the standard hes going to to realise that he probably wasn't as good a prospect as we wanted him to be. 20 plemier league teams passed up the chance to sign him (including us obvioualy) and a fair few better championship sides than PNE.
If chelsea or liverpool had come in for him then be annoyed, but when you release a player and he drops that much in terms of level of football, it was probably the right decision.
Could be, it depends what the clubs agree. I can't imagine either club will want it to go to tribunal. As this is a 'free' transfer (I know there will be a fee), I assume there won't be a sell-on or buy-back clause? Nuts, but good luck to him.
Surely we should sign him, just for the opportunity to sing his name to the Pharell William's song "Happy"Seems like everyone but United want Mbappe...
Sure they can afford him without selling. Unless you mean the money Utd will give them for Sanchez of courseHopefully that's the Sanchez money
