Unlike the other sicknotes of the defense, he tends to always be available tooIt would be foolish to sell Blind as he's a good squad player to play as CB and LB when needed.

Rooney
Young
Smalling
Fellaini
Januzaj
Darmian/Blind
is mine
If we don't mind paying him, just pay him and send him to reserve to rot. Let all England know what he actually is.
Are we really complaining about Rooney ? The club offered him a contract, he agreed and is now honoring it. Not his fault that the club offered him ridiculous wages and now can't get rid of him because of their own mistake.
Rooney
Smalling or Jones
Januzaj
Borthwick-Jackson
Ashley Young
Juan Mata
Is my guess.

To be fair Keegan was the first British journo to report agreement/bid/talks with Lindeloef hours before we announced it.
Wasn't that Duncan Castle?
aye, a bit controversial tho from memories last year round. He occasionally has some interesting info. That said, most of these people are journos so anything they offer up isn't necessarily true. Its just hearsay and speculation based on their own sources. Believe what they say at your own peril.

yeah, but i didnt include him in the normal journalist category, since he is so close to Jose
But then how can you be so sure Keagan wasn't just lifting what Castles reported? Not like it would be the first time a journo lifted something from another journo trying to pass it off like it was his own report.
We as supporters need to accept that it's the clubs mistake that we are in this messy situation. The talk of boing etc will only hurt our club and morale in the squad.
The best scenario if the club really want to get rid and have no offers is to buy him out of his contract. Regardless of what you guys think of Rooney he is a club legend. And it will not reflect good on the club if we don't handle this situation well.
- I know it's Pilip, may not be trustworthy, but that Rooney bit if true really stinks up his legacy with us. Wonder who are the 6 players who can leave: Rooney, Januzaj, Young, Smalling/Jones?

LOL at all the people who think Rooney should just walk away from his contract. If you're being honest, not one of you would do that if you were in his shoes. The cub offered him the contract, why should he leave money on the table? Hell, one could probably argue he was vastly underpaid for the first few years as a United player so he is just making up for that in a way. So, while he can't provide the quality he once did, the guy is a fecking legend for the club and I hope he gets every penny he can.
I don't see it as that big a problem. Let him stay and play occasionally. Last year we had Rooney, Schweinsteiger, and Zlatan - each getting paid above 200k/week and we are removing two of them and may yet work something out for Wayne.
United remain in discussions with Real Madrid over Alvaro Morata and have held further talks over Monaco's Fabinho and Ivan Perisic at Inter Milan though they are wary of Paris St Germain's rival interest hiking up the asking price for the 28-year-old./QUOTE]
