How reliable is this guy? I've never heard of Javier's Leverkusen contract having any sort of release clause.
Don't forget the whole Fabinho fiasco that is going on. Terms have been agreed with at least 3 different clubs now and yet not one of them have completed a transfer for him.
I would also throw in the mix the whole City transfer thing, when a few journo's caused a meltdown by indicating that City was going to have 4 transfers done by the end of the first week in June.
At the very least there should be little doubt we ll sign a striker whether it's Morata or someone else. We wouldn't just release Ibra otherwise.
