Can't stand the bitter cnut Wenger. He didn't even want to let us sign Debouchy, so no surprises here.
Are ParisUnited6 vindicated now?
We're a bigger rival, we're seen as closer to Arsenal - mainly due to City's money. Selling to us is a lot more symbolically damaging than selling to an oil financed club. Even though us and City are pretty equal financially, they can still sell the idea that they can't compete financially with City. RvP is a big reason why - they sold us their best player in the past who lead us to a league title. Happening twice with the same club would be beyond ridiculous. Add in Wenger hating Mourinho. Nasri, Sagna, Clichy and Adebayor weren't big deals in the past. RvP was. This whole prefer to sell to City narrative is really baffling, especially if true. Yes, Wenger has a dispute with Mourinho, but surely he has a lot more respect for Utd as a club than City? If you're a manager of another club surely you want to see a club like City fail. City are one of the reasons Arsenal aren't competitive anymore maybe he should think about that instead of having a little spat with Mourinho.
People get riled up pretty quick over transfer news. You can go from hero to zero with one tweet.Makes me laugh when people treat them as an unreliable source. What evidence are they going from? They've been right on everything.
They almost came to blows once. But you are right about it being embarrassing.Absolutely embarrassing. These are grown men in highly paid professional positions. We as fans and the public don't condemn childish antics like that enough in my opinion. Don't like someone in any other profession? Get on with it.
Genuine question for Gooners, who'd they rather sell to? Yes you sold us RVP but they've had Nasri, Adebayor, Sagna and Clichy who've all won titles there I believe.
I guess Jose is here now actually.
Auto correct screwed me over there, sorry you had to endure that shambles of a post.Come on, lads.
Maybe worth asking the Arsenal fans we have here.City don't have anywhere near the history with Arsenal we do. They would definitely prefer selling to City. RvP was painful for them.
Come on, lads.
They should of red there post before cleaking on replay.![]()
Our RB Fabinho?
Any thing is possible this late in the window if the player wants out.I think we tried but Monaco were too difficult to negotiate with. Doubt we'll come back in for him. Monaco would ask a lot of money (like 50m) which is a lot for a right back
If true this would mean no for AG
Are ParisUnited6 vindicated now?
I don't understand this. Twice the amount is appropriate for a central midfielder or an attacker but somehow there's a consensus that defenders, especially sidebacks, are significantly less important and clubs shouldn't spend big money addressing those positions.I think we tried but Monaco were too difficult to negotiate with. Arsenal still hoping Sanchez will sign a new contract?

See, I'd see that as a reason to not sell him to them. I'd rather us sell a player to Barca than PSG. Or, as much as I'd still hate it, I think I'd prefer to sell to Liverpool than City. From the Gooners I know they would much rather Sanchez go to City over us. City they see as a sugar daddy club while aside from Spurs there is too much history with United.

Sanchez and Aurier would definitely help us steam roll through the league and seriously challenge for Champions League
So like I said, I'd rather to Barca than PSG. And it's not as if we don't have history with Liverpool either.Well we're United we have that history with City. That's why they would never sell a player to Spurs.
Especially considering we gave them the impenetrable rock that was Mikael Silverstre and the English Messi - Daniel Welbeck. Can't stand the bitter cnut Wenger. He didn't even want to let us sign Debouchy, so no surprises here.
Maybe the penny has dropped regarding Welbeck?Especially considering we gave them the impenetrable rock that was Mikael Silverstre and the English Messi - Daniel Welbeck.
