I've put Jesus and Janssen as misses even though I think they'll be good signings long term, I just don't see either having much impact this season. Stones will probably end up a good signing too but will still struggle for another season or two at least, imo.

He was one of the best players in the league last season and in today's market, he didn't really cost that much. He could be a terrific signing if utilised properly; which I imagine Conte will.

And it's also a position in which we really need that type of player.

So many things about the transfer seem right, I can't help but have doubts!

I honestly would have loved to see us sign Kante, but it wasn't to be. In saying that, I was also desperate for us to sign Schneiderlin last season :nervous:

Unless Kante loses one of his 5 lungs, I think he's going to go on to be a brilliant signing.
