That doesnt take into account that he has already been hospitalized, which happens to only ~10% of cases. Of those, 15% go on to develop serious symptoms that require a ventilator and then it becomes closer to a coin flip as to recovery vs. death.

The latest reporting suggests that Trump's symptoms are more serious than they are letting out, according to anonymous sources inside the WH. It is a big deal for a president to be airlifted to a hospital, it is an extremely rare occurrence in modern history.

What is the USA law for not quarantining or self isolating, and going into public events if you know you have covid19?

I don't want to speculate but considering that they have already pumped Trump with experimental antibodies that have only been tested in 275 patients at the highest dose and hes already starting to have trouble breathing, it wouldn't surprise if he is put on a ventilator in a near future. This could go south really quick.
Reagan was rushed via car to a hospital from a hotel in 81, Bush I was flown from Camp David via Marine One in 91.
Those are the only two times in modern history where a president was rushed to a hospital in an emergency situation. We just don’t see it often.

Yeah but in previous circumstances having a symptomatic coronavirus wasn't reason to rush a President to hospital. It's cause this one might kill him that is why even if he's just a bit tired and grumpy they'll rush him to hospital.
