Trump Coronavirus (CV in US Politics)

Based on this weekends game I would think that lazy and incompetent pretty much sum up the team, right?
It was more the suggestion that everyone who’s had covid are “ unfit, lazy, and incompetent people”.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it’s Vanity Fair...

So many typical things in there, with Jared and Ivanka being spineless ass-kissers even when he's sick, Don Jr. not daring to criticize his own dad, and Trump expressing 'euphoria or a general happiness' by a string of weird all-caps tweets. Even the way Trump's dad was set up in a way that he thought he was working sounds like what previous staff and cabinet members tried to do with Trump before he replaced them all.

35+ people.. and thats just the people who are famous enough to be named..
From a gathering in a garden, ie, open air...

Surely one person can't infect that many people.
Actually, it's possibe. Apart from the approach @Mr Pigeon has been using on urban sanitation workers, there are big differences between how many virus particles people breath out. Super spreaders are really that - their numbers are very high. I have read of an example where someone got sick just walking past a super spreader. (May even have been outside.) So these people all getting real chummy with a super spreader around is a great infection scenario.

Odds on Trump being a super spreader as well? The best spreader.

He'd love that probably. Excels at everything! Kim Jong-un is taking notes as we speak.

He probably did not spread it himself at that Saturday event with Barrett though. I think the timeline of his symptoms rather suggests that he contracted it there himself. But afterwards, yeah. Lots of people at his Wednesday and Thursday events (including indoors) must be checking themselves daily now.

Oh yeah. But, trust me, he'll take credit for all of the infections one of these days.

This will be a bad look when the second part of the disease hits him and he’s got to go back.

"Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life."

Absolutely insane, so dangerous and irresponsible, probably the worst thing he could have said, even with a normal base, let alone his brainwashed cult. Fingers crossed for a repeat of the Herman Cain timeline.

What an absolute cretin, trying to minimise a pandemic the likes of which hasn't been see for over a hundred years

Try saying that to the 200K+ dead in your country you utter feckless cockwomble.

What a slap in the face if you're struggling to afford any medical care. He had a whole team of consultants watching him 24/7 and every treatment he could possibly take was given to him. How dare he say "don't be afraid of Covid".

Of the various strategies available to the team, that's not the one I would have picked

He has the audacity to say 'under the Trump administration' - taking credit for work against a virus he was in denial of, as if he's personally responsible for the therapeutic advances.

He's an absolutely despicable human being. Utter trash.

Whoever is writing his tweets is overselling it. It’s obviously not him, not that any rational person would buy into them.

Has this saga done anything for him?

Everyone who wished him well was probably already going to vote for him, has there been any shift with independents and undecided voters?
