Sure, we have a lack of #10's and wingers at the moment.
I wouldn´t expect a big fee. Benfica is going through some financial problems and has been selling alot of players. They usually splash alot of money in transfer fees but have been very quiet this year. Doesn´t Bébé contract expires next season? I´d expect a 1 to 1,5 million euros transfer fee. About what they just pay for Eliseu from Málaga.
I don't expect a big fee either but I do think we'll have some sell on clauses or something. Not having them would be quite idiotic.
That would be a smart move. With last year´s evolution and Jorge Mendes as his agent, who knows what Bébé can still achieve in the future.

I believe lazy journalism and the fact that Galatasaray's president has been braying to anyone who would listen about Sneijder's 22M release clause. He is worth nowhere near that now.

Because Van Gaal is dutch. Most of these daft journalists out there dont need much more do they..
Sneijder would be great for us in a Scholes/Giggs type role. Not a 40 game a year man, but his experience and relationship with the manager would be a decent for us if we got him for the right price.
But we have four #10's already, as quoted by van Gaal. Wesley isn't coming.
