I don't believe him... think Zaha will be shown the door when we're back in Europe.

Why not?

Van Gaal seems to be the type who'd say what he wants. He wouldn't hide the fact if Zaha is training poorly. He just above had a go at our passers.

Or maybe, just maybe, it was never off anyway...

Perhaps.

Journo's guessing and second guessing because they haven't got a clue, the in are telling them nothing but they're still desperate to look like they have the inside line.

I don't profess to be any kind of expert on how transfers work but I'm pretty sure you don't want a player, then decide you don't, then decide you do again.

The press seem to know sweet FA.

Given he was only player to take advantage of an offered day off a few weeks ago its clear his attitude is different from the rest.

He thinks he's made it. Not prepared to work

Monday is the day. I wake up and we've put in a bid for £38 million for Vidal.

Steve Bates is our God for the next 72 hours.

I love how he is critical about the performance.
And he is right as well. Herrera played some sloppy passes (was still our best CM) and Mata had a nightmare until his beautiful goal.

This 352 is surely going straight out the window if we signed Di Maria? I don't believe it, Woody just just get us Vidal and a CB this week and we're almost sorted.

The Di Maria link as started to pick up today, I think he's on the verge of joining PSG though and we are being used by one of the 2 clubs to get the final negotiation sorted.

With the Vidal news and this Di Maria news, the muppets will rise again..

GLORY!

Aside from transfers, Bates was the first journalist to break news about Fletcher and Cleverley as Captain this week I think. Hopefully he's in the know here!
He was first to report on the formation change too.

This is what I wondered because I don't think we're changing formation at this stage.

BeIN are owned by the owner of PSG, I have a basic understanding of Arabic and the tweet that @KM posted says "we're close to signing Di Maria"

Only way LvG can fit in Di Maria is if we switch to a 3-4-3 rather than a 3-5-2.. with Di Maria and Mata playing off RvP but then that leaves Rooney on the bench! We have waay too many strikers..

Not if we use Di Maria like van Gaal used Robben for Holland.

Remember, he implemented the system based on what he inherited. He's assessing the squad at the moment. It doesn't mean the 3 at the back thing is a long-term thing.

I think we'll see 4-3-3 kick in as the squad takes shape to van Gaal standards.

Sport are reporting that Barcelona want Agger for 15m if they don't land Marquinhos. Rumours of Agger having a falling out with the manager.
