Considering they basically own PSG, I'd say they are in this case.
The Di Maria link as started to pick up today, I think he's on the verge of joining PSG though and we are being used by one of the 2 clubs to get the final negotiation sorted.

I think the inference here is given the ownership of PSG they would have an inside track on this particular story.
