so that's a loss to wolves and now to Middlesborough

Shall I nip to the local park see if I can find a team there that Utd can beat

Let's hope this becomes another one of those occasions that spurs the lads into unbeatable mode

Ah well they can't win every game but beating teams of M/boro's calibre would be nice and should be possible.

yer he headed it against the bar was listening on sky news, unbelivable 7 games against boro under mclaren and 4 defeats. the arse are 5 pts clear cn we turn it around plz plz

Can't say it wasn't on the cards lads and lasses. We can't keep leaking goals like we are and winning by the skin of our teeth and we finally came unstuck against, arguably inferior oppostion; a team Arsenal constantly whoop by 4 goals when they bother to field their first team.

Unless we solve our defensive frailties and fast, we won't be retaining our Premiership crown this season.

Now, whilst Arsenal are on a seemingly unbeatable run, they haven't really played an opponent who've really tested them, with the Champions League and FA Cup games looming, we'll see if they can maintain their run and if we can turn our fortunes around.

Thats it, theres no way we will win the league now with the form arsenal are in. I said this all along when Rio was banned that it was gonna hurt us real bad and now we are seeing it'. Fergie said we are covered for Rio's absence and I don't agree with that either, when we should have got that guy that just went to city on loan till the end of the season, our defence once again will be our down-fall just like in the Blanc days. And its not only Wes here, Oshea has been shite, silveste shaky and fortune is not even a defender ffs!!, so when the whole back 4 consists of players that are all playing rubbish wot u get is a spurs like horrendous defence.

Hey, we're only one match day away from being 2 points behind. Sure things look bad, at the moment.

It's funny, but last season when Silvestre and Brown were paired together ( because of Ferdinands injury) they did very well. If I recall, it was something like 1 goal conceded in 8 matches. But, this season Ferdinand had been playing very well. I thought he was going to be missed, but not this much.

For me, John O'Shea has been a shadow of himself. Last season he was steady in defence and quiet strong in his flank runs. I can't believe the difference a year has made.

Whoops again, but it is really no surprise to me that a team that can beat Arsenal reserves twice, should beat a full strength United. :D

Jeez with the way we are playing now even our next PL game against leeds is a huge banana-skin!!.
