Didn't much look like scoring either - what a defence.
It was a tough game, particularly to score, but there were some lovely teamworked goals.

I'm stunned. I think we've started one of our long winning runs, and all this with Keane and Beckham and Rio to come back! Can we bring the title home? Today said we can. <img src="graemlins/devil.gif" border="0" alt="[Devil]" />

Why? Scholes has been great all thru the season.

Excellent. The Neville brothers have been abused even by a lot of our own fans. But then they became the hero in the two most critical matches of the season. How ironic and how wrong are those who have been calling for heir heads.

When they asked him when he'd be back, he said judging by the way they're playing it'll be a few months.
I love that man! Can't see where he'll fit into the side tho.![]()

They are always made scapegoats.
i thought bar the City match, both have had a good season..albeit, gaz has been injured for the most of it.. but phil has done well evertime he's asked to play in the centre, just like Quinton of late.
when things go bad they are the first to get slated just like seba i suppose.
some 'fans' even refer to them as the neville sisters...![]()

I think not all of the critizes they received are unfair. But the point is, it's too easy for some of the fans to say "sell this, sell that" after may be one or two bad matches. Quality can be bought, but loyality and a true Red heart can't.

I'd virtually thrown the towel in on defending Seba, well certainly in the Prem. I thought SAF wouldnt play in against the Arse, on the basis that he wouldnt find the space to play.
I raised an eyebrow when they announced him in the team. I couldnt have been more wrong to doubt him. He was superb.
Its a pity Giggs didnt finished that glorious through ball, so he couldve claimed an assist to go with his goal.
Who would have thought that Veron and Phil Neville would have been our best two players against The Arse. Su-fookin-perb

Fair play, I got that very wrong, but I doubt I was the only one. That was Phil and Veron's best performances for us possibly ever.
