We need a change IMO, the team on the pitch in the first half is not the best to confront Chelsea IMO, it's too defensive, not creative enough, we need to put them under pressure.

This is the dilema was have...there's no one who's exactly done anything drastically wrong, the whole team itself isnt creating enough. I think he might take phil off, and stick veron on, anmd maybe takke off Ole and put on giggs at some point.
I dunno what id do if i was him though, phil made the mistake but he's getting stuck in <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />

Can't work out how to change it though. Phil has been best tackler, Keane made the most successful passes, Scholes scored the goal. Perhaps Ole has been quiet, but would we want to take him off?

I don't think that he'll take Keane off, but two defensive midifelders is not working on the attacking front is it, and TBH, we would't have had a single chance in that first half if it wasn't for Cudicini.

So, it has to be Phil that comes off for either a direct swap with Verón, or a tactical change with Giggs going to left wing, Scholes coming back into midfield, and Solskjaer up front in a 4-4-2.

Pick one! I'll go for the Giggs option, I reckon he's well up for it.

If Veron really is fit I'd be tempted to put him on for Veron. Keane isn't the defensive midfielder in this game, Phil is - and he's getting very stuck in, Keane is playing percentage passes but not creating with them which we need someone in the central midfield to do. Scholes has been fairly forward in this game, in fact had a lot of balls played up to him which he's had markers on him and been unable to control and keep. Otherwise a straight swap of Ole for Giggs would be another option.
