Ronaldo has played 2 in a row against Wolves and Northampton and earlier in the season West Brom and Aston Villa

Poor first half, Soton has actually been the better team. :eek:

Our defence doesn't look solid at all, Wes of course isn't 100% match fit yet and Micky has struggled so far. In midfield Phizza and Keano are more or less absent.

The pitch is poor too.

Scholes hasn't been involved much. He scored a goal though.

Saha has been our best player so far, no doubt about that. Scored the first goal and it was a shot from him that gave us the 2-0 goal. Involved much, very lively - it looks like he enjoys life at United. He has made a few poor passes but you have to expect that, this being his debut...

Ronaldo too I think had a good first half. Won the free kick that gave us 1-0. If only his final pass was as good as the rest of his game we'd have scored a couple of goals more...
 
Wes has been absoloutley shocking, he's making the rest of the defence nervous. Everyone's been having a go at him.
 
IJ am worried. Wes brown and john oshea has looked very very dodgy. I am worried cause if James beattie comes on we are in trouble!!!!

we don't look very good today. Maybe the rain? but just generally look very edgy the team especially the defense!

scruffy first half, far too many wayward passes. Saha has shown some nice touches though, and was useful in the air. Hope Ruud gets on the ball more in the second half.
