You should concentrate on the match...

;) </strong><hr></blockquote>

You get a lot of time to switch off when you rely on radio commentary,, particularly if you are 3-0 up.

I'm actually wondering whether I should put together a :santakeano: smilie, i.e. our current keano smilie with Santa's hat and beard. I know I can't be arsed but the radio just switched off for the fourth time in the game! I missed all the fecking goals and, with my luck we've just scored a fourth

You must've missed my ;) .

I know about the radio tho. :( But it was on all match at least...

A relative easy win. We played very comfortably after the first two goals and still managed to control the match until the end. Glad to see Becks and Blanc returned from injury and had a nice performance.

Had his second English lesson this week so he's trying out his new found knowledge. At this rate he will be match commentator by the end of the season. ;)

Give him the credit mate, ;)

Our good talisman eh! antohan ;)

So was Becks under instructions not to play down the wing??

He seemed to be everywhere but most of the time.

Maybe he didn't want to look silly.........

As I wrote out I could see myself cracking up with yet another "Good luck Man Utd. Be careful!" while being 2-0 up against Milan at OT.

In May. :D

great performance by United.
wonderful high speed passing, and all the more important are the 3 points..
Don't know what happened with Ruud, got 3 excellent chance that he usually put in the back of the net with his eyes closed but seemed to missed them all. Didn't matter though, as somebody said here, better keep the goals when we really needed :) .
John O'Shea, what a fecking good player he is!
When he first played on left back, I was worried that United would lost Silvestre surging run on the left flank. How wrong I was. He was so fast, and hard to knock off the ball, and make you wonder, if he'd been playing there for years.
Forlan has also a good game too. Made some great touch (great backheel to Becks!) and a good shot that James had to tipped wide.

Am I the only miserable sod who who thinks this was a glorious opportunity lost to run up a big score to close in on Arsenals goal difference ? I felt things got a little ragged in the second half.

We need to close down on the points first. In fact, closing down on points necessarily means there will be some closing down on goals as a result.

A few weeks ago all was lost, now we are complaining about closing down on goals. Don't be such a miserable sod ;)

Merry XMAS :D

No Ole. ;)

3-0 against a team fighting to survive? A team that beat us at home last year, and who we drew with a couple of weeks ago?

We can't play like supermen 100 per cent of the time.

It was absolutely necessary for Becks and Larry to get runs, and after the enormous efforts of the last two weeks some flatness could creep in.
On second thoughts a fine performance at the end of a difficult couple of weeks.
