I was initially sceptical about the possibility of Van Gaal taking over but in the last few days I've started to change my mind. I think he'd fit in great here and I reckon he'd get us back challenging for the title within two years, hopefully playing good football as his teams often do.

It won't be that entertaining. In terms of the match Mourinho will park the bus and van Gaal will have to find a way around it, at least at Old Trafford.
In terms of comments, Mourinho has deep respect for him since he was his mentor when Jose was assistant manager at Barcelona, Louis van Gaal gave him that chance, seeing something special in him he even let him manage for a cup competition offering to be his assistant instead.
I can't see anything other than total respect and professionalism from Mourinho towards Louis van Gaal.

He'll stay and with Van Gaal in I think he'll be back to his best. Hopefully they manage to work on his training schedule and unlike Moyes I'm sure LvG will understand that he should be managed differently.
Was just talking to my brother about this. I think van Persie figured out how to manage himself properly fitness wise in his last season with Arsenal and though the latest injury couldn't be helped, hopefully van Gaal won't keep him on like Moyes did in that Newcastle match.

He's a winner and even with all his injuries this season, he's managed 18 goals in all competitions.
