thank feck you started it and not Benisi, he's a curse

I had to act fast. I hope my luck continues :nervous:

Can we not have the looney brigade playing in this one please Sir Alex, it's just that, most of them are shite you see

Anyone know anything about this urawa team? Obviously not as good as Kashima.

United should comfortably win this game.

we should do a one of England or Scandinavia
Should stay close to England considering it's a WC year.

I think the kick of time is 12 pm not 10.30am

It says on the official site that the broadcast starts 10.30 am. The game usually starts 30 minutes after the broadcast starts.

Urawa Reds are a good team and will be difficult to beat them

I agree. I have seen them in highlights of the J League and they looked a very fit, well organised team, but they do give away a few soft goals. They have been the main force in the J League for some time but Kashima Antlers have been top dogs this year. They also acquitted themselves well in a recent 7 a side tiurnament in HK, losing out to (I think it was) Feyenoord in the final.

I think we can win by a couple of clear goals as long as Ruud brings his shooting boots.

Nah, they won the 7s convincingly thrashing PSV 3-0 in the final. They also beat Celtic 2-1 in the quarters, a HK side 4-0 in the semis and held United to a goalless draw in the group stage.

This isn't 7s though so it'll be interesting to see whether their pace, passing and organisation translate well to a full match.

Some players to watch out for:

Robson Ponte (formerly of Bayer Leverkusen)
Alessandro Santos (Brazilian)
Tomislav Maric (formerly of VfL Wolfsburg)
Tatsuya Tanaka (U21 star)

Thank feck for this thread, almost missed it :D

As long as our strikers score, I should be beaming.

It keeps buffering every 10 seconds and then just stalls for me, maybe you have better luck.
