Pretty good, pretty damn good from this shambles of a starting lineup. We took our time to get into the game. Defended very well and protected the goal superbly. Slowly but surely we have raised our game and put some nice passing moves together. The goal was brilliantly created and finished to give us a deserved lead.

More of the same please.

I wouldnt say defended well, if wolfsburg knew how to head the ball we could be down 2-1 and dont forget the stonewall penalty by carrick, so we have rode our luck. the goal was built fantastically though

fair play to the lads, they are giving it all they got and you cant ask for anything more.

Yep, top. Scholes flick was awesome. The caf have gone in to ignorant mode due to the goal being a shock. But, great football in the build up.

Yep, the Wolfsburg player kind of messed it up though. He flicked the ball away to ensure contact, but it looked like Carrick had a piece of the ball to the ref.
