In reality Fergie couldn't drop Smalling, Cleverley and Welbeck after the performance last week. Would've sent the wrong message to them.

We've way too many strikers. Kiko and Diouf dont even make the bench with Berbatov and we have Owen and Hernandez to come back. Mental.

I re-read it several times, thinking, there is definitely something wrong in this post 
The thing is we need to readjust our expectations a bit here. Sure, as a team we were brilliant in the second half last sunday. But that performance shouldn't be used as a marker every times these young kids step out on the field. So as a warning, it would be nice if we decided to keep our cocks in our pants for a while before blowing it. We have a exciting squad no doubt, but just don't over hype them when they put in a good shift and bury them in the ground when they make a mistake.
