Still think Di Canio might score, and Defoe is looking bright.

70 minutes gone. What subs do you make?

we're lookin much better at the front with 2-3 forwards going up all the time.. i like it.. although the midfield still misses keane/butt type player..

we're still not using the wings too much.. but i think we're working the center pretty nicely.

I'm absolutely shitting it <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />

maybe bring Phil on for Fortune for a bit more bite in midfield.

I'd take Giggs off for Richardson, as Giggs just hasn't been in the game.
Brown might need to be rested, despite his terrific performance, so maybe Phil will have to come on for him, with O'Shea to centre back.
I'd take Veron off for Davis a bit later too.

I don't think we want to tinker with it too much. This game is so tight we don't want players coming on who find it hard to get into the pace of the game.

it's too tight to risk davis in this i think.. our midfield is already looking rather weak.. no ball winners..

giggs, agreed, richardson would make a good replacement..

i'd like to keep brown, but he probably needs his rest..

richardson on for giggs doesn't sound like it would harm too much though...

Richardson plays central midfield for the reserves - he can tackle, not great, but he does do it.

Giggs will track back despite not being up to scratch offensively.

Schemmel clashed heads with Giggs. Maybe that'll speed his exit. 78 minutes gone, Kieran warming up.

Giggs' form in a nutshell.

I am Taiwanese, but I was in England for 3 years

in fact the name Tomo was given by an English mate of mine, hence Tom + o

WHU looking close and closer to scoring.. i wouldn't bet against defoe or di canio even at this minute.

let's hope our midfield can pack things up for the last 10 minutes.

Good free kick opportunity as Giggs is taken down while on the ball. Their player booked. Giggs can't get it over the wall.

i think we used to dominate scorelines lot of times because we always score from dead ball situations.. corners, free kicks.. now that we don't anymore the scoreline has been reduced significantly.

Di Canio weaving and turning, Brown following him everywhere, plays through ball to Defoe who shoots across the goal.
