West Ham United vs. Manchester United

Regarding our penalty, Upson clearly moved to the left so that the ball would hit his hand while his arms were slightly outstretched. It was a more clear cut penalty than West Ham's second. Regarding the Vidic yellow, looked 50/50 with both players wrestling and was never a clear goal scoring opportunity. Regarding a second yellow for Vidic, West Ham were lucky not to get an early yellow for a cynical foul on Park.
 
Once again when I buy a Kebab at HT United turn the game around;)

What a comeback! :D Rooney was fantastic and I thought we looked much sharper once Hernandez came on and it allowed Rooney freedom. Giggs was a surprise shift to left back but I thought he did well, Valencia was superb for 90 minutes, Berbatov added stickability and craft and Fabio was excellent in support down the right, couldn't ask for more from the team!
 
The ironic thing is, United only make winning comeback whenever I gave up hope completey. When I was only hoping for a good face-saving performance in the rest of the games.

Whenever I have a strong feeling of a comeback, it never happened.
 
Fantastic berbatov changed the whole dimension of the game. Should be starting every game.

I don't know why people were panicking, though....we murdered them for 94 mins. Was only a matter of time we'd score 4.
 
West Ham 18th, a game more than most of their rivals, (except Birmingham who have two more) and still to play Chelsea and City. Bye Bye! :D
 
I never write off united totally..but I didn't think we would win like that. I was more hoping we would get a draw and that Vidic wasn't going to get sent off in the second half! It will be interesting to hear what Fergie has to say about the initial team selection. I'm sure it has something to do with the CL...
 
I didnt think we'd come back either.
I thought they would target our defenders and we wont be able to camp in their half.
They are clearly pussies who shat themselves when we scored
 
Hitzelsperger was terrible in that wall for the freekick, seemed to think he was in the west end lifting his leg like that instead of jumping and blocking it.
 
None of them jumped. And it was to the left of him anyway.
It was actually a near perfect FK

The wall couldve been positioned better I guess
 
I logged in after they scored their second and everyone were moaning about how shit we were playing! We were never shit, we just got unlucky when two of our players made mistakes. We were always better than them and we were always gonna score.

It really could have been but it was more setup for the left foot freekick from Giggs, don't think they expected Rooney to actually take it.
 
Sir Trevor Brooking is a class act. Wasn't letting his WH bias ge in the way of an honest assessment of the game. The presenter is a bit of an arse, though, seemed a bit ABU.
