All it takes is an early goal and their heads will drop.

I think this could be a close game, it depends how Curbs looks at it, he might see it as 0 points and simply tell the lads to enjoy themselves and he will be wanting the players to impress him.

I still think that we have too much quality and will break them down, espically with Gabbidon missing.

I have a bad feeling about this one. Everything is going so well. West Ham are capable of causing an upset.
I will be watching the game very nervously.
 
I think W Ham have been playing decent football this season. Tevez is getting better and better, and ALL of the players are gonna wanna impress Curbs, plus hes gonna fire them up big time.

This will be a tough game. Im a little nervous. But our quality should be able to break them down.

Hows it a risk asking a professional footballer to play a game of football when they've had an 8 day rest and then doesnt have another game for another 7 days?

Because it isnt Pro evo and Giggs' fitness will be fine after an 8 day rest.
 
agreed - i think we should play our full strength team, curbs is out to make a first impression and so are his players, there obviously going to be up for it - i think there going to give us a tough game with our first team, let alone any of our squad players filling in - apart from super fletch :D of course :)

If I wasn't a United fan I would bet my moneys for West Ham or morelikely for a draw. But it's still more probable that we win this one althoug it's going to very a tough game. Just think about our form and West Ham's, we are miles ahead of them! Another thing is that West Ham's player wanna show to Curbs what a quality players they are but we have such a good drive at the moment which makes us very very strong too and Fergie knows how to handle in these kinds of situations.
 
I expect Tevez to turn up for this game, Reo-Coker too.

Relax he can come on as a sub, I don't understand how you all aren't more protective of our players. Looks what happened to Ole, a few matches in, pulls hamstring. That shit happens all the time in useless ties like these. We can win this w/o Giggs starting. Easily.
