West Ham vs Manchester United

Berbasex is a genius....

Lucky that we haven't got any big games coming up...we can cope with the injuries for a while and give everyone a chance to get back to full fitness.

Attacking threat been made a bit redundant since Rooney went off.

I bet if Foster was in goal he would have been unlucky. That free kick would have gone in, and that shot would have hit the back of the net. And probably in the first half Giggs wouldnt have got back to make that interception.

What's that?

Basically they are saying the blame for the goal should be placed at Zola's door for not taking of Zavon Hines at the end of the 1st half because he was injured. Instead he switched him to the left wing. Then we scored...

But to be honest...it didn't make much of a difference...

Funny how our midfield is getting overun since Gibson came off.

Probably more to do with us going from 4-3-3 to a straightforward 4-4-2 with Anderson and Scholes in the middle which never works.

Hines injured at the end of the first half and West Ham kept him on to try to get to half time but it cost them as we scored. Sometimes it works, others it doesn't.

Ah cheers mate. Happened to us with Rio last year that.

I am delighted to see Gibson score obviously.

But the games he doesnt fire the top corner, he is a very average player for us.

He's not even made 20 appearances for us yet. He's only made 3 league and Champions League starts.

Players need time.

Gibson is clearly a student of the Darren Fletcher and Didier Drogba school of late bloomers

Might have killed the game at the time and let West Ham organise themselves. But its just one of those moments you never know.

Still 4-0 is great. Gives us a great win and lets us watch the match later on and relax hoping for a draw.

Robinho is in the starting line up for City against Chelsea.

One thing about Gibson that I would admire is he strikes me as the type that would stick around United for a long time even if resigned to a second string role. You can't find that in many players. I doubt Nani will hang around for that type of career.
