I have only a very small amount of experience of children with autism. But I do wonder that a 4 year old who can ride a bike without stabilisers, is probably not severely autistic.
Close friends of mine have an autistic child, so I'm aware of many issues that come with the condition. But I really hope Cummings doesn't exaggerate the condition to fit his excuse.
