I am not arguing anything I am stating a reality, all politicians can be caught out in their statements as with Angela Raynor, she was 'demonising' Cummings one moment for his comments, then hailing him as the source of all truth the next.

That is exactly how I feel. I do not accept that it is perfectly fine for our PM to consistently lie and get away with it.
So, we have the PM adviser on standards investigate the PM and come up with such a vague conclusion.
We still don't know how much the Tory donor paid. And we don't know whether Boris actually paid in full; and from what source.
What a pathetic investigation.
Still, as far as most are concerned, who cares.

He has 100% done it this way because he’s skint and there is no way anyone else can pay for him to have a big ceremony anymore with so much scrutiny on who is paying for it and what they are getting in return. Quick cheap wedding and the PR train to paint it as something you’d expect from a man of the people like him.

You could just be happy that doing it this way minimises the exposure and media around it. No one will be talking about it on Tuesday.

I wonder if the application went in the day Cummings started giving evidence… knocked him off the front of the Sunday papers!

Boris could break the code every day and twice on Sundays and still he wouldnt be held to account.

This once great country (GB) is now a cesspit of deceit, corruption and moral decay.

Is it any wonder the Scots (and likely Welsh ) would rather take a chance and go it alone than be party to the corrupt politics of a party whose only goal is to fulfill their members own self serving needs rather than the populace?
 
To be fair nurses, hungry kids or other disadvantaged are hardly some of their own from a tory perspective !? If I've learned anything over these past couple of years it's that Boris and his pals truly do take care of their own. There's just fewer of those than his voters like to think there is.
