Wigan v Manchester United

hadnt realized that the league will end on the 24th and the final is on the 27th in rome

surely we wont mess around with the teams and try and finish it off at emirates ..

and if it does happen , it will give us a genuine reason to field a weakened side against hull

this has the potential to get very very messy

first priority , the league .
strong team against wigan ..

rafael-vidic-evans-evra

fletch , berba , giggs, rio kept fresh for the arse game ..

That selection would suit me...Arsenal at home by the way.

Foster; Evans, O'Shea; Fletcher, Nani; Berbatov, Macheda

I hope Waz and Carrick start.

Definitely got to play our strongest team, win this and we are pretty much done. There is no need to motivate the players against Arsenal, they can motivate themselves; get a point and your handed the Premier League trophy. Also it would mean we can rest players against Hull away so they're fresh for the final.

I guess Carrick, Scholes, Rooney and even Nani will all start, considering they were being rested against City. We also need Ronnie on the pitch again, he is in terrific form at the moment and it should be our main priority to win the league as soon as possible. We can rest players on the last day of the season in case the title is already ours.

Van der Sar
O'Shea - Vidic - Evans - Evra
Ronaldo - Carrick - Scholes - Nani
Rooney - Berbatov

Win this game and we're one point away from winning the title again. ONE POINT!!!
Reckon Fletcher and Anderson will be rested for the Arsenal game, IMHO Fergie will go with Carrick, Fletcher and Anderson again in midfield next Saturday. We have such a good squad, it's amazing!

fecking barca winning la liga already...get to rest their whole side for over 2 weeks now.

anyways, we should pay as strong of a team as we can. take lads off we're up 3-0.

pick the best team for the job and the following game ,then play the fringe and reserve players at Hull giving everyone a good rest ahead of the champoions league final

Reckon Fletcher and Anderson will be rested for the Arsenal game, IMHO !

no chance. if he's not going to play in the final then he'll be right up for every game in the league. fletch will make these last 3 games his final. expect man of the match performances from him, and he'll deliver.

I'm sure they will go all out and try to win Copa del Rey. Let's hope for a close encounter with extra time, injuries and penalties.

Van der Sar
O'Shea - Vidic - Evans - Evra
Ronaldo - Carrick - Anderson - Giggs
Rooney - Berbatov

That's how I think we'll play.

Giggs won't start again so soon after starting against City. Nani may play.

We shouldn't be resting players this early for a game on the 27th.

We can play for the draw against Arsenal packing the midfield and play the kids against Hull.

Both Rio and Evans seems to be doubts for this one.

Wigan are in freefall, haven't won in five - so it should be a routine game considering our recent good form. Back four should be pretty standard provided at least one of Ferdinand or Evans are fit, hopefully both, let Rafael have a game (or even Neville if in good nick). O'Shea should be used as a sub now, until we play Barcelona (or perhaps Arsenal). I think the likes of Anderson and Carrick will be rested for this match like O'Shea, but will play against Arsenal and then miss the Hull game before the Champions League final. Fletcher will probably start every Premier League game now as he's been confirmed to miss the final. Park will be rested for Arsenal (as I think he'll start there and in the final) so Nani can get a game here and probably at Hull too. Let's see Ronaldo, Rooney, and Tévez together for another game before it comes to an end (if it really does). I prefer Fletcher - Scholes to Fletcher - Giggs in the middle, so I'd start Scholes and bring on Giggs later. Scholes can then be rested until we play Barcelona; as he'll take Fletchers place in the final. Anderson - Scholes - Carrick to start against Barca.

I can see us winning this 0-3. Ronaldo and Rooney to score, Berbatov to come on for Rooney late on and score.

Giggs won't start again so soon after starting against City. Nani may play.

I put him in the team, because I think he'll be rested against Arsenal on saturday and Park and Fletcher will start in that game then and get a rest now. Can only see Nani in the team against Hull if we're already champions then.

Wigan will be without Egypt striker Amr Zaki because of a knee injury.

Goalkeeper Chris Kirkland is also struggling with a back injury and Richard Kingson is set to deputise.

Good news

valencia to play a stormer for them!

I feel confident about this game.

I'd love it if we went at them with Ron, Roon, Tev and Berb. We probably won't though.

Scharner is a doubt for Wigan. Is he important for them?
I haven't watched Wigan much this year, but looking at his appearances it would seem so. Only six players have played more PL football for them this year. Only 10 of their players have played more than 1000 minutes in the PL so far (16 of ours), and Scharner, Zaki and Kirkland are all among those who've played most. They'll surely miss them.

Michael Brown will play. I fear for Ronaldo's health.
