Yup I gave up on strikers too, regarding center backs when 1 thinks our alternatives are Semedo, Ié, Paulo Oliveira or Roderick, and you compare them with Ricardo Carvalho or Pepe, is like comparing horses to donkeys, I really don't know what they do on the academies.

Feels shitty that the best years of Dzeko have been wasted with clueless managers and all we managed was an early exit in the world cup in 2014, as at one point we had a very good all around team who should be consistently qualifying for competitions.

Yeah, now we are in a bit trouble. Fortunately, Bulgaria will be vs Netherlands at some point, but we have to face the Netherlands in the last game. So it evens out. I believe Bulgaria also have France, who acted like a dream team tonight, but I think Bulgaria will be at home...And if it is anything that gives us hope, is how scary good Bulgaria are on their homeground. Hopefully at least a draw there between them.

As I predicted we need to win in Hungary to keep the chance of beating Switzerland on the last match, if not, we will be at playoffs again, sick and tired of repeating always the same mistakes.

@SfcNervion, if you were just 3 points ahead of Holland on the last day and lost against them you would be out. How bad would it be after such a good qualifying campaign?

I'd love that haha, France smashed us earlier. I like Sweden a lot, beautiful country. I think you'll finish above us in the end but good to at least have some hope after being terrible in qualifying for the last 10 years. That Belarus loss two months ago really fecked us, will probably prove decisive. Netherlands away again this Sunday, best time to play them. Maybe we can do the double. France at home best I can pray for is a point. Luxembourg away will probably be tough given how shite we are outside of Vasil Levski
Cavani will move out wide again IMO. You can't waste the CF spot on him, with a player of Mbappe's quality in the ranks.
