Sorting out who the worst 2nd place finisher is isn't as simple as looking at their total points. Results against the bottom placed team in each group won't count when it comes to sorting out the 2nd place finishers.

I didn't see the Spain game but it's pretty clear that Morata inspired the win and Italy need to call up Zappacosta.
