Just watch other national teams. It's what I do during the Euros; I effectively jump on the England bandwagon for the duration of the tournament.
Tbh, I don't entirely get why people are so down on international breaks. I mean sometimes yes they can be boring, but this one's pretty interesting, because we're at crunch time. Argentina and Chile are both in serious danger of not qualifying for example, so there games are certainly worth watching.

Peru won't be easy. They are in the ascendancy, have a huge big game player in Paolo Guerrero and Argentina's choice of La Bombonera to intimidate the visitors could easily backfire spectacularly if they don't score early. God forbid, Peru may do so.

That's right but I'm not sure on the permutations and how the side set to miss out is shaping up.
As it stands Wales will miss out but the table will most likely change a lot as there still are so many different scenarios possible. So many countries aren't assured second spot yet, new countries may enter this table and change the complexion of it.
Also, this table is assuming that the current bottom teams finish bottom in their groups. There are a couple of groups where the bottom team might change over the next two games. That may add or deduct points for the second place finishers in that particular group depending on how many points they won vs the bottom teams in question. For example in Wales case they want Georgia to finish last because they've dropped 2 points vs them. If Georgia don't finish last Wales are deducted the 6 points they won vs Moldova, but if Moldova don't finish last then Wales are deducted the 4 points they won vs Georgia (assuming Wales beat Georgia).
