World Cup Qualifiers | October 2017 | Play off draw on Tuesday

Can any Liverpool fans tell me, did Henderson ever see a pass he didn't want to play behind a man?

Post to BBC (not mine but fair point)....

"Tonight's England squad is a damning indictment of the state of the game in England currently.

Oxlade-Chamberlain starts despite not having played well all season, and being a professional bench warmer for Liverpool. Lingard has started precisely zero games for Man Utd this season, yet makes the squad alongside the likes of Daniel Sturridge, who has managed one goal all season and is usually on the bench.

This is why young English players don't mind sitting on the bench at top clubs. Because the reputation of those clubs makes you an automatic pick for the England squad, over other English players who are outperforming them whilst playing for the so called 'smaller clubs'. Oxlade-Chamberlain making the starting line up is an absolute disgrace and it shows how laughable Southgate is as a manager."

John Stones spacial awareness is so bad for a centre back. The amount of times he misjudges balls in the air is unreal. That one was up top so isn't so important but it's often the same situation in defence.

Rash trying a nutmeg:D

Not caring but this ref has lost the plot. Not sure he should be reffing Slovakia games anyway after his last one. Strange bookings leading up to that.

Henderson falling on his arse:lol:

Germany scoring some wonderful goals.

England are pish

that is all

Exactly. Am amazed the interest hasn't bottomed out.

I've gone from going to these sort of games, to starting not to even watch friendlies, to now, not even watching qualifiers on tv. Wouldn't be surprised if that's a common trend for people.

A few years back we were debating how to fit Scholes, Lampard and Gerrard into the same team with a young Carrick and Hargreaves trying to win places.

Jordan Henderson.

Walker injured?
