He has to defend his player and stand beside him doesn't he though? I mean there is hardly any hard evidence to suggest that Suarez is a racist or made racist remarks. He's a cnut yes, but racist? Jury's out. Evra has become a bit of a mouth piece...

Not what I'm saying at all, if Evra has been racially abused he's every right to speak up, it's just in the past Evra has been found wrong, as much as I don't like Suarez, I've never heard of him being a racist or using racist remarks in the past? Just looking at this from the other angle.

Jaysus lad's just looking at this thing from another angle here, Evra has never hid from controversy has he? Neither has Suarez in the past. Just feel it's wrong people jump on the Suarez is a racist bandwagon when we don't know the story.

Evra has nothing to be answerable for. There's nothing wrong in coming out if he feels he has racially abused. Honestly I think some people here just think differently for the sake of it, irrespective of the fact if it makes sense or not.
Again, how is he supposed to answer for those allegations when he's already reported it? And how is he supposed to conjure up solid proof from nowhere? Its his word against Suarez's....there's nothing more he can do or say.

He thinks he has been abused. He was probably that upset about it he reported it without sitting down and analysing tv coverage for hours to check that there was definitely proof. Don't know why that deserves being berated by LFC officials, certain pockets of the press and Kid Canto from Redcafe
I think he's more worried about Suarez's reputation. But again, Evra's adamant that he's been racially abused, I've no idea what else he could've done.

Feck me its this sort of attitude that aids a lot of abuse and stops it being reported. I'm not saying jump on Suarez but this is serious allegations and should be investigated fully.
