I don't think there's any chance of the FA taking further action.
I agree, their cockiness suggests that Dalglish thinks the same.

According to Liverpool fans..........that picture shows that Suarez has right

Has anyone from the Suarez innocent, Evra guilty, Liverpool bestest, Kenny King side of the argument actually come up with any defence for how Commoli, Kuyt and Daglish all contradicted Suarez, whilst saying pretty much the same thing as each other?? I mean... ignoring absolutely everything else for a minute, that right there is surely a sticker?!
John Henry and Fenway should be the real target. After all he is the one who employs that pityful drunk psychopath.
Their hands are tied, imagine if they sacked or even disciplined the old twat. There'd be mass revolt... again.
"they could have said "shut up you idiot, let the adults handle your mess" behind the scenes.
I pinched him to try diffuse the situation.
While you were arguing
Yes
Sorry we dont understand
Well, as I said, I pinched his skin to try and diffuse the arguement
But why would that diffuse the situation
Because I pinched him
Yes but how would pinching him diffuse the situation
Because I pinched him in a conciliatory way
But you were in an arguement
Yes
How would pinching someone you're arguing with diffuse the situation
Sorry? I dont understand, I'm Uruguayan.
Surely pinching someone you're arguing with would only make the argument worse
Yes
Well why have you said you did it to diffuse the argument then?
........ it's a mistake in the wording.

I've decided to renounce my Irish citizenship and apply for a Dutch passport.
You know, just on the offchance that I ever get caught with a big bag of weed, so I can use the 'but, its fine in my country' defence.
Sad thing is that's virtually verbatim.

They really don't get it, it's the context it was used in.
For example black isn't a racist term, but if you say to someone "I'm not speaking to you because you're black" then you've been racist. Staggering that people still aren't understanding it.
My mate who's a Liverpool fan said they contradicted Suarez due to him telling Kuyt in a loud stadium, Kenny not speaking Spanish, and Commoli speaking the regular Spanish and not the South American version. I gave up and went to sleep at that point
And then we have Dalglish go and hint at ‘things we couldn’t possibly consider revealing‘ having been said at the hearing but not included within the report.
So we can get away with outright accusing Patrice Evra and United of making a malicious racism claim. We can get away with outright accusing the FA of a stitch up and also get away with then refusing to apologise for what at the very least was a cultural error on the part of our player...but we couldn’t possibly consider revealing what really went on at the hearing or fight the injustice of it all.
It's a misunderstanding you see... when he says "I'm not speaking to you because you're black" what he's actually saying is, because he has so much respect for the black race, he feels his words carry no weight and would be insignificant in Evra's presence... and as such he could not possibly address a black man with words... opting instead for the sign language of pinching and hand quacking gestures.
I don't think there's any chance of the FA taking further action. The PL will want this whole SNAFU to go away as quickly as possible before their 'brand' gets damaged any further. They'll be putting all sorts of pressure on the FA to make that happen. I can't see the FA dragging it out any longer, just because LFC have acted like ass-holes.
Wenger attempted to defuse the situation by suggesting a novel way of ending the feud.
"I think it will be good to bring this to an end because I think so much has been created from such a small thing," he said. "Maybe they will meet before the next game and sort this out, and kill each other!"
"Their fingerprints were across yesterday’s pronouncement, which succeeded in slandering just about everybody involved in the procedure bar the player who referred to Evra’s skin colour seven times.
Liverpool believed they had gone out with a bang and a final assault on the credibility of the Football Association, the process, Manchester United and their accuser, Patrice Evra. Yet look down and observe the bullet hole in the foot.
Reporter: "Kenny, the wider world is pretty shocked that, if a player can call someone 'negro' and the player who is the victim in this takes offence, that there is no apology or contrition offered from your club."
Dalglish: "I would have thought that, if you pronounced the word properly, you maybe understand it better. I think it was Spanish he was speaking and I don't think you were speaking Spanish there."
Reporter: "OK, if a player calls someone 'negro' [Spanish pronunciation], surely the player who takes offence deserves an apology?"
Dalglish: "Ask a linguistic expert, which certainly I am not. They will tell you that the part of the country in Uruguay where he [Luis Suárez] comes from, it is perfectly acceptable. His wife calls him that and I don't think he is offended by her. We have made a statement and I think it is there for everybody to read. Luis has made a brilliant statement and we will stand by him."
Just got to thinking and maybe someone with a better memory than me can clarify this, but what exactly happened with the Peter Schmeichel and Ian Wright thing? From a quick bit of research he's supposed to have called him a "Black cnut".

What was the clubs and fans reacion to this? Now I think Liverpool have acted disgracefully over this allegation, but quotes in that article attributed to Fergie have a certain echo with what's been happening at Liverpool. I know this was never proven, and I don't think he was even charged IIRC, but wasn't it widly accepted that he did say what he was accused of? Did our fans call for his head?
Oh and there was a lovely quote attributed to Wenger in that also as to how the two should sort their differences, and maybe we could do the same. Deathmatch between Suarez and Evra....
As far as I know Peter was never charged for that was he? So Fergies comments were pretty much shown to be justified.
If he had been and charged and found guilty I doubt anyone would have any problem had the book been thrown at him, and I doubt Fergie would have tried to defend it, but there's no point talking about what might have been when the bottom line is he was never charged.
I dont think Utd have a problem punishing their own players, look at the Cantona incident for proof of that, before he was even charged the club had taken action against him, and rightly so.
Eh they don't get it..............Liverpool are the worst club in England right now!!!!Blackburn Rovers striker Jason Roberts tells BBC Sport, Liverpool Football Club could damage their reputation if they continue to insist Luis Suarez is not guilty of racist abuse.
Jonathan Moloney on Twitter: "Re:1324 J Roberts should worry more about getting into the Rovers starting XI, and less about his "perceived" image of Liverpool." #bbcsportsday.
