Much more confident from the off tonight.

Still wonder what his ultimate role will be in midfield though, but when needed to shore up midfield he's perfect to get another outlet for Carrick/Scholes and to link up with the striker.

Really enjoyed that mind.

At the moment, I don't think he's going to have a major role in the midfield. He'll simply be used as a backup player for times like this when we've got a lot of injuries in the middle of the park.

As far as the future is concerned though, it'll be interesting to see what sort of role he's given on the pitch.

Brilliant cameo. very good with the ball at his feet and put in great crosses and some good tackles as well. Ravel who?

Before this I always thought he looked nervous when he featured but he looked assured in possession and put in a couple of dangerous balls.

Very promising.

Not insignificant that the day Morrison goes Pogba gets game time. Sir Alex sending a message?

He reminds me a bit of Yaya Toure, though admittedly I've seen very little of him compared to you bods.

confident performance in ideal circumstances.

This. He did look very comfortable on the ball. Some great passing as well. Needs some more seasoning. Bright future for the kid. How nice to have a 2 goal lead and play with Carrick and Scholes. Perfect opportunity.

The Europa league is the new League Cup, we'll play a young line up against Ajax. I think Pogba will start. It could be a big game for him.

I wouldn't really buy into that. Morrison is gone now, so I don't really think we have to bother sending messages to him. I simply think that he gave Pogba a game because we're short of numbers in the midfield, and he obviously has some confidence in his ability as well.

Fergie really is building one hell of a promising team. Showed great confidence and awareness tonight, Pogtastic!

He's going to a beast in midfield when he fills out a bit.

Great management from the old man. Two up and with five midfielders Pogba could enjoy his cameo and show his talent.

Are you watching Morrison.....

I guess Pogba will flick a couple of coins into Ravel's begging bowl in a few years time when he walks past him on the street

Fergie on Pogba: "He has great talent and did really well. We’re negotiating his contract and he wants to say but it’s complicated." #MUFC

Raiola making things difficult again, I imagine. Hopefully some deal is done.

Much better than that other lad we had. You know the one with the weird name that used to intimidate witnesses an' that. Twice as good, at least.

If he wants to stay that's the main thing really. I hope we get it sorted as he seems one of those nailed on to make it talents. Bright future.

this is the type of slow bedding in Ravel should have been patient for, instead he chose to be sold for less than a million, he really thought he made it, but now he has been upgraded on the streets maybe he can join some landan thugs, maybe he can take his bike with him.

Like it! Just imagine what he's thinking watching the match tonight. 'That could've been me exchanging passes with Scholsey in there tonight'

Doesn't make sense. The player should just say "make it happen". If he's oblivious to the problem it's still his fault. There's no problem in sacking agents.

Very very nice game from him. Thoroughly impressed. Taken the reserve performance and doing the same in the Premier League. A new dimension to the central midfield.

Yep, he is going to be a massive pain in the arse. I heard he was drafted in, which makes it even harder.....by the time he gets paid and the adviser/s who drafted him in gets paid.......looking for a fair whack of cash, I'd imagine.
