I think it's 5pm Europe time so 4pm for the UK. However, I think this announcement at 4/5 is a just a rumour and not official.

The player and his agent are doing wonders at increasing his profile further. I'm not sure I've ever seen players make such scheduled announcements.

Was foolish of us on here to think that Hazard would take way less money to have the prestige of playing for us instead of Chelsea. There has almost never been any player that has signed for a club for less money than another was offering based on history etc!! It doesnt exist anymore. He will be a good signing for Chelsea. Wonder what Fergie has up his sleeve now

The story was that his agent was in london at the weekend to sort a deal with Chelsea. I don't think anybody expected Hazard to meet with Chelsea today. He'll be in London at the end of the week anyway and I'm sure he'll sign whilst he's there.
