This is will be regretted imo. This makes the club look weak.
I'm not too sure about weak... We didn't really make Barca look stupid when we took Pique, same thing with Fabregas...

I agree. First Morrison, now this ...and they both happen to be our most promising players over the past years.

How does this make the club look weak? By not giving in to ridiculous demands by an agent of a player who've hardly proven himself? I am a huge Pogba-fan and would like nothing but to see him succeed at this club, but if anything this is making the club look stronger. No matter the talent a player might show in the reserves, he will not be rewarded until he's proven himself at the very top. If the player doesnt accept the challenge, they are free to move on and earn their money elsewhere as proven by Morrison and Pogba. By giving into the demands of these players, we would've looked weak. Now we're sending out a signal to the rest of our youngsters that they got to keep fighting to get their rewards, not just sit back and expect to get a raise just because another club is in for you.
As for Pogba, it looks dodgy for me, it's not as if he was maltreated or sth but leaving United for Juve nowadays should be definitely seen as a step back, even if a relatively little one.
Not sure.
We finished without winning anything this year. Juventus won the Italian league!
This.
We're not talking post Calciopoli's mid table Serie A / Europa League early exiting Juventus anymore.
The agents do their job so long as they satisfy their clients, if there is a real cnut to be found in this story it's definitely Pogba.
Not sure.

The deal will fall through due to match fixing scandal involving Juve boss Antonio Conte...
Might explain why Pogba's not announced anything yet. Maybe he actually hasn't a deal with Juve yet. His agent might well have been aware of this too and delayed him deliberately.

So whats this Scommessopoli business? Juventus arent going to have their title taken away and be relegated to Serie B again are they?If so, have fun Pogba.
His parents will probably have had a big say in this proposed move too. Maybe they don't like the 2 restaurants or the weather in Manchester.This. In no way will I or do I feel sorry for Pogba if he does leave. It was his decision. Whilst agents are the scum of the earth and all that, it still remains the players decision.
It's hardly likely there'll be any suspensions or expulsions until months, or years, down the line if at all.
Conte could be banned for 7-8 months, Juve banned from the champions League, but not relegated this time.
The match fixed regards the season when Conte was at Siena in serie b.
I'm lost on this. Has Pogba left the club and gone to Juventus?

I'm lost on this, too and I don't care anymore. He'll propably announce it on Twitter like the rest of the wankers of that type.
During a meeting with Polish PM Italy's. PM said he would suspend Serie A for 2-3 years. not sure if can do so but would funny if it happened.
"I wonder if it wouldn't be a good idea to suspend the game for two or three years," Mr Monti said on Tuesday.
"It's particularly sad when a world which should be an expression of the highest values - sport, youth, competition, fairness turns out to be a mass of foul play, falsehood and demagoguery."
However, Mr Monti acknowledged that his suggestion was not "a proposal by the government but a question I am asking".
He hasn't got Twitter thankfully.
Why is the Italian PM getting involved in the side of football? Or has it always been this way in that particular country? I know the owner of AC Milan was the Italian ex-PM as well
So - Pogba has given a letter to Gill saying he's going to Juventus
Juve (who won Serie A) - but their coach is currently suspended and is being investigated by police for max-fixing during his time at Siena - so their coach might not be their coach.
And there are rumours that he'll be loaned out to Udinese anyway - but as they don't know who the coach will be he could even end up being loaned out to Blackburn for all we know.
So he has a choice - stick with United which is the picture of stability and who really want him, or go to Juventus who don't know who their manager is and they don't know if the really want him.
Do I think that under this shroud he'll stay at Manchester United?
Nahhhhhhh! If the Hazard thing is anything to go by, he'll go to Juventus!
Well after this said letter was given Pogba was in the reserve squad for the MSC final and at the awards do, that was most likely bollocks as SAF wouldn't have let him anywhere near either events if he'd just told us of his intention to leave.
Don't talk rubbish. He was a member of that side, is still a member of the club and deserved to be a part of all of it. Ferguson isn't some hormonal teenage poster on here, he's a level headed man with compassion for all young footballers at the club regardless of what decisions they take.
What message would treating a player like that give out to other potential young signings? The great Alex Ferguson is actually a petulant dickhead who treats you like a child? Nah, he'll do the honourable thing right to the end and then he'll shake his hand and wish him all the best.
The results of the reserves do matter as do the attitudes of the players, Morrison was hung out to dry to ensure we got a transfer fee. Berbatov has been a great professional, the only reason I use him as an example is that SAF hasn't treated him as well as he should have. I don't think SAF would look too kindly on Pogba not telling him to his face either and hiding behind a letter regardless of age isn't a great display of character. The reserves weren't bothered with Ravel's situation and I doubt they'd have been bothered by Pogba's either. I don't even think he was a Top 5 player for the reserves this season. You're talking about first team players. Players he decides no longer add to our game, the results of the reserves doesn't even matter. Pogba was a big part of that Reserves squad this year and contributed to getting where they were. Ferguson isn't going to go out of his way to make sure a 19 year old is not allowed to play in the Final even if he has decided he's off.
Think how much that would piss off all the other players if they worked so hard to get there and Ferguson told them that one of their team mates, friends and one of their best players isn't allowed to play for them. They're just kids at the end of the day, he deserved his day out as much as anyone else.
Berbatov was also at the awards evening despite being frozen out, shocker!
By all accounts, contract negotations and cnut agent aside, he comes across as a good professional and well liked member of the reserve squad. Even if he has decided to join Juventus, I can't see Ferguson treating him like a piece of shit as you lot make out he should.
