Valencia's middle name is Antonio Valencia.
as promising and exciting as Kagawa has looked maybe we should wait until he has played against better opposition before we deem him as better than whoever
early days and no point in heaping unnecessary pressure
Nothing like building a player up! Lets wait and see eh boys, he looks a class player but lots of class players have flopped in the prem!
And to all the Bale haters, you are all crazy!! He's not in the very elite bracket but has shown more consistency than Tony V and even Nani in the last couple of years. Those that don't see that clearly have their red tinted glasses on!
You could ask every football manager in the world who'd they rather have - Bale or Kawaga - and 99.99% of them would say Bale. I can say that with confidence, even having not seen much of Kawaga play.
If you believe otherwise, then it's you who is the retard.

In the space of 2 hours, Kagawa has gone from being better value at 13m than Allen at 15m (see the Allen thread), to then allegedly being in the same class as Bale ... and now finally he's "a class above".
And all before he's even kicked a ball in the Prem.
Give it another 30 minutes and he'll be right up there with Messi ....
Anyhow, there I shall leave it, since he's your player and the relevant posts are no longer part of the transfers or general discussion areas.
Happy hyping fellas.
It's absolutely retarded what people say at times, he basically said, "I've never seen him play but there is no way he is better than Bale"
Do people even read what they say at times? How can he be so sure having never seen him play.
For what it's worth I would much rather have Kagawa than Bale, firstly because United already have 2 wingers that are better than Bale and secondly because Bale has never shown anything close to consistent form. Brilliant winger on his day but that day comes pretty rarely, and he has been shut down loads of times.
There was never a comparison to be made between Kagawa and Allen. One is a 2x league title winner and current double holder... The other is a Liverpool target
What exactly has Bale done to ensure 99% of managers would pick him? The only big difference is in their profiles in the English game. Whilst people like yourself are only just about hearing about Kagawa, Bale has been hyped up since he was 18. That doesnt mean he's not a top player or that he isnt just as good as Bale.
A couple of months ago you'd have had no idea who Jordi Alba is and would be telling us Assou Akotto is a better player
Bale more consistent than Valencia? Erm, no.
Tony V has been the apple of the caf's eye for 6 approx months. Prior to that he had been injured and prior to that average. Bale has been pretty class for at least a couple of years with more goals and assists than Tony

Can we stop calling Valencia Tony V please, it sounds naff like hes an Italian gangster or something.

This thread should go down into the classics with some of these comments.
"Valencia only been "consistent" for 6 months?"
"Bale is a class above Kagawa because I've never seen Kagawa?"
feck off.

Kagawa impressed by Scholesy just like everyone else
Interesting about the training sessions as he mentions how we train with the ball much more than dortmund. Think it does explain to an extent why we arent that great a team when we dont have the ball.
That's weird though, it almost sounds like he had no idea who half our players were beforehand. I know he didn't follow us but I don't follow Dortmund and I still know half their squad.
