Kagawa is Japan's answer to the Big Boy
What position is he playing today? Can only flick in and out of a stream today![]()
He's a tsunami, he washes over the field of play. His passes in all directions are like the tentacles of an octopus raping the opposition.
Wherever he pleases. Technically supporting RVP I suppose
"Technically" goes without saying. Everything he does is technical.
What a bloody stupid decision it was to take him off today. Seriously, what was the point? Every good thing was going through him.
Then surprise surprise, he comes off, and we turn to shit.
He is quickly becoming overrated here and by the commentators. He is decent and should be left at that. Just as players take time to settle in and we normally say on here to give them time when they have bad starts, so should restraint be exercise in the accordance of praise.
I realise that. But I would still expect a few players such as the wingers and other central mid fielders to be in front of an aging scholes in terms of distance covered.Central midfielders cover the most ground on the pitch, Xavi will be covering more ground than the other Barcelona players until he retires because it's just the kind of player he is. Scholes is the same.

In terms of Kagawa, another good game from him. Not sure why he was subbed off. Good to see him break his duck with the goal as well.

Please don't sub him like that again.

Not likely to ever see that. Centre midfielders are constantly moving, hardly ever walking (Anderson is an exception)... Wingers are mainly short bursts of movement with and without the ball and then tracking back occasionally.
I'd be extremely worried if we had our wingers covering more ground than our central midfield, no matter what age.
I like everything about him - his style of play, his energy, his attitude. He looks like a Man United player.
Could be the United kit he was wearing.
