Manchester United vs. Newcastle United

Oh No, the old man is at it again.
Is he going senile already?
Hope those senior citizen Giggs and Scholes can take up the challenge and prove us all wrong.
United is going to struggle aginst the Newcastle runners.
If I were Pardew, sent in all the runners in mid-field.

I was going ask who promoted you, but then saw your join date

Finally, someone had the balls to say it.

Calling Fergie, Senile. That's classy.

To me it looked that it was a satire to the Fergie losing the plot thread.

At-least I hope it, if not, then this is the post of the year.

I was laughing at the fact he's put out such a weird line-up with subs to back, and am expecting a lot of entertainment one way or another from the match, it also seems like Fergie is directly trying to wum this forum.

I've long suspected this.

He doesn't seem to have had much choice today but I find our very random "injuries" quite strange.

The last thing we need is norovirus spreading through the team just before New Year's. Send Welbz down to the City changing room to wish them all good luck with a firm handshake and kiss on the forehead.

OK so I am on Wiziwig. How do I know which one to pick from there?

There are like 20 different options.

Go to sports, then football and then Manchester United vs Newcastle United. Depending on how you intend to watch it (I used flash), choose the one with the highest kb/s rate. They're the best quality.

I must admit have bunch of English players all of a sudden missing from the squad over xmas does make you wonder about a thing or two.

Giggs should be nice and fresh at least. It's Scholes I'm more worried about but I'll give him a chance. Strong back four at least and thank goodness Fergie's stopped mucking about with the goalkeeper too (for now!).
Bloody nice of you. What has he done to deserve such grace?

We have underestimated Newcastle here. West Brom is probably the more difficult game right now but feck me, both Giggs and Scholes?

What runners? Their midfield doesn't look particularly stellar, and last season they pretty bypassed the centre of the park entirely.

Scholes and Carrick can sit deep to protect the back four from long balls while Giggs comes in narrow to link things with the attack.

Alex Feguson is the Master of psychology.
He is using psychology to tell off Giggs and Scholes.
What better way to tell them that they really don't have the legs
to play in mid-field by fielding them and giving them the chance to realise that they are a burden to the team.
It is so obvious when they came in and Sunderland nearly got something out of the game.
The defenders were over-stretched and some of them nearly got injured. They (the defenders) must be cursing and swearing at Giggs and Scholes silently.
I hope that both of them realised that and will finally retire.
In this modern game, skills alone will not be sufficient and a player need to try and win back the ball when he looses it and both of them cannot do that.
Giggs should be the first one to go as he is not only unable to defend and also afraid to get injured. You can bet he will not be involved in any 50-50 situation.

Not joking...think he's just a bit mental. The theme seems to be Fergie is playing Giggs and Scholes in midfield knowing they don't have the legs for it so hopefully they will lose the game and realize it's their fault and retire.

Well, the last sentence makes some bit of sense.

The rest is gibberish.

I have a brilliant stream too. Or I would... if I wanted to watch basketball.

Just saw the team. Well, this is gonna be interesting. I understand both Giggs and Scholes starting if we have no other options, but Fletcher is available if Cleverley needs a rest. I hope they can produce a strong midfield performance today. Newcastle will be up for this.

No Rooney, Young or Welbeck is a worry as well. We could do with more attacking options to change things later on.

All the flash streams are slow-ish though. Never get to watch a game properly with them. Much better off with sopcast IMO.

Just had a look at the team sheet there, and I don't know what all the fuss is about.

It's a pretty solid team and Newcastle are not in the best shape either.

With the options currently available, there's not a tonne that we could of done differently. It's not ideal, but let's see how it goes. We have Cleverley on the bench if needed at some point to inject some pace and urgency in the middle and Buttner is capable of playing out on the left wing if it's really needed in the second half.

Hernandez/Van Persie up top too, awesome.

Newcastle haven't won away from home all season. We'll win this 4-0.

The usual, 3-2 win with plenty of heart attacks, moans, midfield problems and RVP brilliance.

Does anyone have a decent sopcast stream?

PM please.

I am not sure about our team today, hope Giggsy and Scholsey can step up and show some good old skills

Ah bollocks, they've got the City game on here.
