Depressingly predictable stuff as the half wore on. We've had more possession in our own half, but our chance creation in the final third has been very poor. The conditions are bad and their shooting on sight is reaping rewards. We just haven't posed enough of a threat. There's been very little penetration and we're unable to put good moves together. We need to change things but we don't have the attacking options. Midfield is gonna have to step up their performances then. We may need someone like Cleverley for that.
Still i'm not having their 2nd goal. It doesn't sit right with me. Our defence needs to sharpen up anyhow.

So far this season Newcastle doesn't look like midtable.. Gross difference from last season, they are very poor... Add to that they are missing their key players today.

As I mentioned earlier in the thread Newcastle look really average, that is the annoying thing. We have mostly equaled them, but you would expect a top team us like us to look the better side.
why didnt we strengthen - started this campaign with Clev, Ando and Fketch with injury concerns. Theres your gamblke and again its blown up in our face.
