I think we can see why Moyes had absolutely no interest in him....well that and he isnt the best crosser

That's nonsense, Rob. He's just a particular type. Easy for you, watching what Jose is getting out of Hazard every week. Wasn't always like that. Time was, if he wasn't creating for you, he was a waste of a jersey.
Maybe not an actual liability, as Ozil was tonight, though.
Hazard was never as poor as Ozil is, even when he wasnt as good as he is now. He offers nothing.
I'm not saying he was right to be lazy, it just wouldn't have mattered in the end IMO. He's never been the energetic player Arsenal needs him to be.
Some of his defending in the second half was really not good enough when he moved to the left after Cazorla was subbed for Fabianksi. He just let Rafinha run off him free and did not track him. It was a problem for Arsenal when Lahm and Gotze/Robben were on the side with Cazorla and Gibbs but was even worse with Ozil and Monreal. With 10 men, he had to accept that he was going to struggle to get the ball and work harder. Either that, or Wenger should have made a different sub than Rosicky for Oxlade Chamberlain to give Monreal some better help down that side. It was plain as day that Bayern were going to get constant joy down that side of the pitch all game.

You're both correct. Stupid comparison. I'll get my coat.At his worst, Hazard is a player who will still do the basic of football right, give 100% and help his team defend.
He is a woeful player. How on earth he cost 40 million I dont know, the first couple of games aside he hasnt justified any of his price tag. Torres mk II thus far.
He stayed on the field because of his price tag, why else?

Bollocks.

Why do you think he stayed on then?
When was the last time you saw Ozil have a great game?
The guy seems tired. Mourinho always subbed him off at around the 60 minute mark maybe he just doesn't have the stamina to go 90 minutes in every game each season.
Spent all his energy chasing Aida Yespica (or some Latin woman) supposedly
whether or not he can be top class is besides the point, right now at Arsenal he looks terrible, he cant seem to even do the basics.
Did he really do that bad, he covered the third most km out of everyone on the pitch.

Nice overreaction on here.
Did you watch the match today mate? He was appalling. I'd be well within my rights to have a go at him if he was my team mate today and I'd be worried if I was an Arsenal fan. And the thing is this isn't even a one off. It's gotten to the stage where he's had more bad games than good.He does the basics attacking wise.

The overreaction was actually when Ozil first came. He was hyped up to the sky and while this isn't the true Ozil we're seeing now, he does seem to blow hot and cold, more so at Arsenal than he did at Madrid, perhaps due to playing better quality opposition week in, week out and more amount of big games.
What makes me laugh is Arsenal fans who deride Willian, a hardworking team player, who right now is playing much better than Ozil, and claim hes far inferior.
Its irrelevant what his top level is if hes playing poorly for long periods of time, I hate lazy players like that.
Oh ffs I've heard this excuse a million times. This lay off Ozil, he's a part of a team excuse is torn to shreds when you come to terms with the fact that he, along with Cazorla, were the worst players on the pitch. Luckily for Cazorla, he was only on for 40mins so it didn't seem as bad.He was in a team with ten men, what exactly did you expect, for him to drag Arsenal into the game himself?
And the point about him having more bad games than good is nonsense.
I'm not quite sure you can claim that three-yellow card Gerrard(it rhymes for a reason) outshone him today.
He's so classy on the ball, and amazingly, when given the opportunity to thread some through balls, he's exceptional at it. A real piece de resistance of a player.
Classic overreaction on here to a bad performance by Ozil, guy has been here 6 months and already written off by the experts here....
