Nice lineup(except Young of course). Although, I was expecting Fletcher to be inculded in starting lineup at Bayern and Cleverley to start here. Fingers crossed Jones doesn't do something stupid and get injured.

I can only figure that Moyes has chosen to play neither our hugely exciting young winger nor our formerly brilliant old winger because he wants Young to provide extra defensive cover to Valencia. Here's an idea, David, don't sell our bastarding reserve right back and then we don't actually have to play Valencia there at all.

Would've liked Welbeck to start and get a goal, it would do him the world of good. But that line-up should be good enough to win.
I'm hoping he's using kagawa to give him form and start him v bayern, and I'm also hoping he's using fellaini because he won't play vs bayern.... Doesn't go both ways though does it?
Nani should be on instead of Young. Also I hope Kagawa starting today doesn't mean he's going to be on the bench against Bayern.
Probably being rested for the Bayern game, he may not want to risk a player who will be leading the line.

Doubt it. With Rooney probably out for the Bayern game, Welbeck is very important so he's most likely having the day off.

Nani is not going to start a game before he comes on as a sub, he's been out a long long time and you don't just launch him into games, he'll get 10-20 mins if he's lucky.
Good to see Chicha and Kagawa start and obviously Moyes has big plans for Welbeck for the week tie.

The sooner the likes of Young and Valencia are gone the better. Getting in the way of better players and contributed nothing for a long time.
Striker, quite a scoring rate in the youth sides. Very good finisher and good on the ball.
Evra needs a game and Jones pretty much always starts.

Valencia has done well recently, I agree with you on Young though. Valencia will probably stay as a squad player.
Very frustrating to see Young continually picked when there is Januzaj and Nani who are both unlikely to feature against Bayern.
Our attack would have the right balance in the final third with a dynamic and direct winger alongside Mata and Kagawa, but Young merely hinders the team further.
