I'd have been absolutely gutted if I was on the other team or one of their fans. As funny as it was, that should never have been allowed.

I thought they were from Belarus, didn't know they were Bulgarian. It's usually CSKA Sofia you hear of. Great story though, that keeper will be a legend.
That's been all but scraped. Europa League final was even worse than that. Benfica whined about it, only for their keeper to do the same in this year's Portuguese Supercup in the same blatant fashion.
I'd just change the rule and allow keepers to do whatever they want inside the small box. Make penalties slightly harder and have an objective rule.
