RAWK Goes into Meltdown 2014/2015 - The "We go again" Edition

Seems our boys dont like Liverpool or their fans either. Found thisd on the Shed End in relation to the possibility of us winning the league vs Liverpool at SB.

The support and Gerrard would get some relentless abuse that day if it happened. It would quite possibly be the most hilarious thing to happen in the history of the Premier League. It would be made all the better if Sourness, Redknapp and Carjacker were the Sky pundits for the day.



I think a few of them would kill themselves right there and then by burning their "Gerrard" Liverpool replica shirt whilst still wearing it.

Every point Louis Suarez related bar one. Lol. I do think their vociferous defence of that rancid little racist rat was often beyond the pale. Was that because scousers are uniquely classless or because supporters of any club will always look at their best player by a country mile through ridiculously tinted glasses? I personally think backing a proven racist to the extent they did highlights a bitterness and a blackness of the collective souls of the supporters of that football club. Liverpool is a shit hole. Their football team elevated them out of that shit hole for a long time, but now they've returned to the mire. And they're hating every fecking minute of it, and that hatred has corrupted and corroded their spirits.

Folks can say what they like but that moment of madness of our captain was the result of a build-up of a season of inappropriate treatment.

He quit England to dedicate himself to his club, yet his contract took forever and who knows whether its T&C's were appropriate. Then, at best, he was initially misled, about how he was going to be used.

He should have started, as we played against a tough midfield which also outnumbered us through the first half. The game was lost due to tactics, preparation/morale, approach and personnel selection.

While we don't know what we don't know, about his treatment, we can safely assume (because he's not staying and because of what he's said) that it wasn't handled right. And yes, this includes telling him we can't use him all the time. Maybe that happened, but it certainly appears, due to the timing of everything that it was not done early on, instead if t was done late, possibly after he decide to leave.

The entire season was beyond difficult and stressful for him.

Here's how the mind works and forgive the update if it's all well known stuff. I'm not blaming Stevie for "allowing" anything that happened within his mind. Nor am I blaming him for his reaction. It's like when people start to blame others for allowing stress or mental issues to "get to them". That's not right, as many times it's not by choice. It happens, especially when not managed effectively. Emotions and feelings are like that. In our personal life, we can go hide in a corner, we can shout, we can chat with friends and family or counselors. At work, it's much more difficult, especially when in a role that's always in the public eye.

If such emotions are not controlled and the necessary assistance is not there, the risk exists that outbursts and unwanted and "inappropriate" acts at work can happen.

Because of that, we saw his reaction yesterday. Unfortunately.

If he gets charged and Rooney doesn't, then it's huge bias from the FA, where the ghost of whiskey nose still apparently stalks the corridors.

I think it was accidental, but by the Rooney one on Mignolet was certainly intentional, cynical and with intent to injure. And there is video of the sly cnut doing his 'got away with one' laugh as he walks off.

Martin Skrtel gets 3 match ban for running in a straight line on a football pitch. Just what I'd expect from an organisation who are as bent as a dog's back leg. cnuts. Then again why wouldn't they when they know full well LFC are a fecking spineless club who are completely incapable and unwilling to stand up for themselves from one season to the next?

Spineless is fecking spot on. They should be hiring a projection company to project a loop of the Rooney dig on Mignolet over and over again on the FA Headquarters, with the message "...and what about this?"

Honestly, I'm fecking livid about this. Not the Skrtel ban. If that's three matches, then it's three matches. But the Rooney one that has been completely overlooked is simply appalling. It's not just him going down the back of Simon's leg - it's the chuckle about it afterwards. He knows he has got away with one, and he knows that the FA will not touch the England Captain

The events of Sunday have been a bit of a wake-up call for me in how I view the club and, unfortunately, the manager. That first 45 minutes was fecking brutal. Watching us having our pants pulled down by the worst Man Utd team in 25 years, Brendan being schooled tactically by that ugly Dutch twat and worst of all having to listen to those absolute cnuts singing their whole repertoire of vile, disgusting 'songs' while the rest of the ground sat there in mute acceptance.
The one crumb of comfort I took leaving the ground was that surely Brendan would have something to say about the corrupt performance of Atkinson. That twat must have walked off the pitch at the end thinking "I've just fecked the scousers over again but as usual they'll just bend over and take it". He's fecking laughing at us and has been for years.
But no. Not a murmur. And to add insult Skrtel gets a 3 match ban while the likes of Jones gets away with 2 assaults and nobody at our club has the balls to say a fecking word about it. Sickening. We get fecked over as a matter of routine by the media, referees and the FA and they'll continue to do it because like all bullies they love an easy mark and that's what we are.
For someone with so much to say I expect more from Rodgers but he's obviously decided to protect himself but the irony is it'll cost him his fecking job in the long term and I for one wont shed any tears if he's not prepared to fight our corner.

Gerrard stamped on Herrera's leg. His fault, no one else's. Unfortunately for you it is that black and white of an issue. If at 34 Gerrard hasn't learnt to control his emotions that's a failing of his. If this was Joey Barton stamping on an opposing player would anyone in their right mind be trying to excuse it as a management issue? Of course not because it's Barton and he's just a thug. But because it's Gerrard and you want to cook up some stick to beat the manager with. All of a sudden it's Rodgers fault for not effectively managing the emotions of a 34 with over 700 club appearances instead of being the fault of a player who got himself for an act of stupidity.

Black and white...OK.....who needs experts. They are men and should know better. I get it though. If you were talking with a lawyer about rendering an opinion about the law, you'd thank him, accept it and move on. Same with an oncologist who clearly points to the discovered tumor. Studying human behaviour and the mind is still not accepted, especially by some "tough men" who blame and hold everyone accountable for their actions. How could it be anyone else's responsibility in organizations to help mitigate risk by assisting their employees manage stress situations?

Maybe if that doc is not used anymore, it's because people thought it was hogwash.

I've always believed that football fans, on the whole, are the same and any stupidity can be attributed to a minority. But Liverpool fans really are a different breed. Across forums and countries, they all share the same poisonous levels of paranoia, delusion and bitterness. I used to cringe at the 'always the victim' chant but based on their behaviour, after Suarez and now Skrtel, it actually is warranted.

If the manager needs to tell his captain not to go and stamp on people because it might get him send off then questions clearly need to be asked of the choice of captain.
 
This time last week they were highly & 'orrifically confident of an easy win.

Then the team serves them up a (1st half esp) display like that, the Captain Fantastic gets himself a red card even they can't argue with (ish) in 40 seconds, a key defender blatantly stamps on the opposition GK and it's still everyone else's fault & they're being persecuted.

And it feeds on itself, Brendan defends Skrtel, Skrtel risks more FA action with the tweet, someone's liaised / briefed /spun to the papers to produce the Herbert & Henry Winter articles. And so on, until a decent proportion of their support simply goes for the full batshit.

But nothing will shake the belief that they have the Best Manager and the Best Players.

It makes no sense.

Also, when I see a particularly deluded over-enthusiastic mental post on here I think either

1) these young 'uns are getting carried away

2) you meet the odd loon where ever you are

or

3) I don't remember posting that


But they have a proper significant hard core of utter feckwits, innit. I suppose RAWK is a strong concentration thereof, and TheCaf tries to filter them out, but even so... And 'best' of all, their decent posters get abuse when they post sensibly. Oh well, more quotes, less waffle.

Yeah. Its a fascinating phenomena that is not exclusive to the city of Liverpool or even England. Here in Norway they act pretty much the same. Even the most level headed, sensible people become utterly mental whenever its a Liverpool v United issue.

My theory is that our years under Fergie have mentally scared them to such an extent, it has caused permanent damage. Not only to the fans, but to the club as well. Do you seriously believe they would have stirred up such a shitstorm now (not to mention during Suarez-gate) if it was another club than us involved? I highly doubt it

Yep, it's genuinely global: I've met Liverpool fans in Singapore, India and Kenya and they've all been similarly delusional, paranoid and bitter. It's almost worthy of a sociology study. Think our success over the last two decades has really, really damaged them.

And it's not just scousers who say that. Sadly a lot of the journos do the same. According to these numpties we've never had a good team, it was all down to corruption, bullying, influencing, etc.

I wasnt a member of Redcafe in 99 but I imagine they were saying the same thing then. I know the LFC supporters I knew in person thought the same.
