FC Bayern 2015/16

When did they sign Valencia?

Joshua Kimmich..

btw, Badstuber back in running training (again), and media says Höjbjerg is talking to Genoa about another loan year.

Very good idea. I think Kimmich is ahead of him in the packing order, so his position hasn't changed with Schweinsteiger's exit.

Valencia - El Tren

Stall 24 is owned by Pizarro, Müller and Borowski - they named their race horse after him...

Thiago's contract has been extended until 2019.

Great news. Even if Guardiola were to leave after his 3 years are up - which I think he will - we can at least bleed Pep's new tream dry if he wanted to sign him again. Or keep him for good, that'd be my preferred option.

He's always looked good for you when I've seen him play. It was a real shame that he got injured but he can really push on and become a star now.

I am not so sure... if he wins the CL I think he considers it job done and goes but I am not sure he will walk away before then

(of course I hope he does as I'd love him to rock up at united and bring half your team with him but I think thats the most unlikely outcome of all)

It might. Never lose hope.

Does Thiago sign if he has no assurances that Pep stays beyond this season?

He already signed. And when you see pictures of Thiago off the pitch he seems to feel very good. He might have come because of Pep - but he for sure is not the reason he wants to stay.

so who's that coman kid that's supposed to be brought in?

also are we raping juventus here, a wee little bit? did they become too dangerous? you...monsters!

Good question, I've never seen him play. I didn't even know he was French until yesterday .

Hes a pretty good young player, but an odd signing tbh.
Didn't play much at Juve so not sure how he is going to get into the Bayern team

From what I've read he's a bit like Ribery, right footed winger who plays from the left. I've no idea if that's true. Difficult to say how much playing time he'll get, but at the moment Robben doesn't look 100% fit, Ribery's problem don't go away and he's still not training. Costa looked better on the right than on the left, so maybe we'll get to see him play as a left winger a few times.

But yeah, it's a weird deal. We should have bought him and send him out on loan so that he gets playing time. Not sure how a 1 year loan deal for a 3m fee with an option to buy him for 28m can work. It's a lot of money for a player with about 500 minutes of top flight football so far. He needs to impress the club a lot in his one year here so that we buy him that kind of money.

I've seen him play a few times, if he gets minutes, he will impress. Very talented and very quick

didn´t Ribery have a medical check-up last week? I guess it didn´t go well, if we are in for another winger.
He gave an interview recently in which he said that he's super frustrated, that he does everything the doctors tell him to do but the pain simply won't go away. Not 100% sure if that was before or after the medical check-up, but I don't think it matters. And I think one of Rummenigge or Sammer said that his condition hasn't changed at all.

This is a decision based mostly on the price for the player vs his potential rather than an immediate need in the squad, I think.

Would love to see an average position map of the Bayern players in this match...

Müller played his 200th Bundesliga game tonight, 76 goals and 75 assists. Decent player, and my favorite.

How are Dortmund supposed to win the Bundesliga if Bayern can beat Leverkusen with so much ease? Or if Hoffenheim still concedes 2 goals despite Bayern playing with 10 men?

Keep scoring 4 goals a game and you'll do fine.

We're not that good yet to consistently beat the likes of Leverkusen, Schalke or Wolfsburg. They will take points off us.

Coman confirmed for a 2-year loan.

To minimize the risk if he turns out to be the next Bebe.

But then if he's any good Juventus will just keep him?

EDIT: Just saw that there is a perm fee agreement as part of the deal. Makes sense then.
