I stand to be corrected, but going on what I'm reading, is it not the case that the documents being uploaded in this FIFA transfer matching system is only one part of it. They then have to be registered with the Spanish federation according to their rules? If that's the case and the documents haven't been registered with the Spanish then what can be done?
