So it looks like we'll be in the Europa league. Christ on a bike.

This is not an over reaction btw, we have absolutely zero chance of beating Wolfsburg away. I can see PSV easily getting a win at home to CSKA.
 
I think its unlikely we will win in German.

Add in Arsenals likely failure and it probably means the Pl will have only 3 CL places.
 
Doesn't a draw get us through on the head the head, or is goal difference the 1st point of call?
 
Of course we have a chance. They know what needs to be done

But yeah the thread is worthy because at this moment it's unlikely we can win out there
 
They said that for Bayern 2009 - 10 when they went to Turin against an in form Juventus, Louis van Gaal's side hit 4 against them. Enjoy the fact we have to go to Wolfsburg and attack, it should be a good watch.
 
For all the laughs we had at Arsenal, they are going to stay in the CL whereas we go to the Europa. fecking infuriating.

If we draw and PSV draw or lose, we finished 2nd in the group.

For it to go down to head to head, we'd have to lose to Wolfsburg and PSV has to draw to CSKA. PSV have a better head to head record over us (:lol:) so we'd go into the Europa League.
 
In all fairness, imagine if we came up against Barca or Bayern. We don't really deserve to go far in the CL so if we get knocked out, we can't complain given how crap we play.

I clocked it well early that it would be a disaster if we drew tonight and someone replied with a laughing face.

Guess we will have to win in Germany which is always possible. Even if we draw is it a given PSV will beat CSKA? Probably not.

the point is we could have been home and dry if we had beaten PS fecking V at home and we didn't even score. Awful.

we're 1 off Wolfsburg, and only 1 ahead of PSV!

Drawing at Wolfsburg will most likely see us gone!
 
It's not a certainty but it seems likely at this stage. It's a proper joke if we don't make it through, however we'll probably get knocked out in the next round anyway.
