Bundesliga 2015/2016

I just hope Dortmund will kick Frankfurt's ass tonight. I also have to say I enjoy watching them more under Tuchel than I did under Klopp, they look much more in control of games, even though their chances wasting is still infuriating at times.

You gotta be kidding me. Why always with the first fecking shot....

Really happy for Augsburg. They were amazing in the EL and it's great to see that they got themselves out of the relegation zone for now in the league as well.

Will give them selfconfidence for the cup match on Wednesday...:D

And Schalke is in crisis again. They have been playing really poorly the whole season but got away with it more than once. Sane also saved them on various occasions. Now fate is catching up and they are slowly falling behind. They got 16 points out of the first 8 games and just 8 points out of the next 8. 24 points mean, that they are still in the mix for CL/EL but considering their form they could also drop further down the ranks. Held will be gone at the end of the season but when will Breitenreiter come under pressure? The next three games will be fairly easy (Hoffenheim, Bremen and Darmstadt), but if they don´t get at least 6 points, their fans will start to run riot again.

I wouldn´t be surprised at all if they miss out on European football, which could have pretty severe consequences.

goals from the game:

Never seen a team score with as many square pass assists as Dortmund have over the last 4-5 years.

What is going on with Dortmund again?

Mkhitaryan doing a Gomez

LOL. That was vintage old Mkhitarayan.

My lord should be 3-1 and match over.

What a mess of a game so far. Should be an easy win for Dortmund in the 2nd half though. Oh and, how did Dortmund end up with Bürki as your goalkeeper? There are so many talented German goalkeepers out there, I just don't get it.

Honestly not too bothered by the missed pen. This foul was never a yellow.

Great season at Freiburg. Best shotstopper of the league last season. Maybe a fluke. Maybe the system. It was not an outrageous signing. Not expensive either.

He was really promising for Freiburg, but did not handle the transition in level well. We are at least one tier too high for him. Have to go all out in Summer and get one of Hitz, Horn or Karius.

He had a pretty good season at Freiburg, cost them only like €3m and is still quite young and with Weidenfeller they have an experienced back up who could take over at any time, if things go wrong. I think it was a reasonable piece of business. Their messy season and the uncertainty that came with appointing a new coach might also have played a role. But I agree that he hasn't been that great thus far and if he doesn't improve (at least in terms of consistency) they should look for another keeper next summer.

What the hell is going on with Gundogan's passing game today? It is all over the place and hurts us extremely.

I feel like I've seen this exact same goal for the 10th time now this season.

how many times do Dortmund score that type of goal, absolutely beautiful.

Delighted for Kagawa too

You could see Tuchel give Kagawa a hug in the tunnel before they went out for the 2nd half, then he whispered something into the ear of Aubameyang and they produce the classy goal.

Horn and Karius I agree with, but Hitz!?
I wouldn't be suprised if you buy Zieler, he doesn't have the best reputation but he's a very reliable gk. He's far too good for Hannover and I can see him taking the step up, in contrast to Bürki.

Shinji has been immense in this game and has been in general proven to be an excellent impact sub whenever he did not start.
